1 star review and very bad experience. NEVER recommend to anyone

⭐ 1/5 – Very disappointing experience with Right Solutions Garage (now Orange Garage) in DIP.

I took my car there because of a noise that increased at highway speeds. They diagnosed it as brakes, bearings and tyres and quoted around AED 4,200, including AED 3,800 for parts. I sourced the same required parts for around AED 1,900.

Later, they identified additional radiator/cooler issues and charged me another AED 2,400. After nearly two weeks, I collected the car — and the original noise was still exactly the same.

The supervisor then insisted the tyres were the problem, so I replaced my 2023 tyres for another AED 1,500. Still, the noise remained.

After rechecking, they then blamed the propeller shaft and suggested either removing it and driving without it or spending another AED 2,000–3,000 to replace it.

I finally took the car to another garage in Sharjah. They correctly diagnosed the issue as the front differential, replaced it with a used unit for AED 2,300, and the noise was completely resolved.

I spent thousands of dirhams unnecessarily because of repeated incorrect diagnoses. Based on my experience, I had very little confidence in the supervisor’s technical diagnosis.

Definitely a 1-star experience for me.

Reliable company

This company is perfect and reliable! I was visiting my brother who lives in the UAE. The AC in his home had a problem that it didn’t cool. We tried to repair it ourselves but with no result. I booked an appointment with this company and they repaired the AC within half an hour only! Convenient and perfect company.
