    Led by founder Jamshed Ahmed, Revive Hub brings design planning, 3D visualisation, technical coordination, approvals guidance, site execution and aftercare into one connected renovation ecosystem for villas, apartments, offices and focused upgrade projects.

     

    The First See Then Pay workflow is designed to reduce renovation uncertainty. For eligible projects, clients can share usable photos, plans and project requirements, receive an initial photorealistic 3D preview targeted within 24 hours, review an itemised written scope and transparent quotation, and move forward after the proposed direction is clearly understood.

     

    NOC and approval coordination, branded dust-control measures, written workmanship warranty and aftercare are provided according to the confirmed quotation and project scope.

     

    Services include villa and apartment renovation, kitchen and bathroom renovation, office fit-out, painting, flooring and tiling, landscaping, swimming-pool renovation, controlled demolition, AC installation and ducting, micro-renovation, microcement, basement renovation and smart-home integration.

    0 pressure renovation experience

    For me honestly the best part was that from day one I never felt any pressure from them. I have dealt with contractors in Dubai before and usually the first conversation quickly becomes about advance payment, booking amount etc.
    With Revive Hub it was actually different. I already had a renovation quotation from another company, so first I just went to them to get it audited and understand if the pricing and scope was fair. They did that for free and there was no pressure at all to hire them.
    After that they also prepared a free 3D preview for my place, again before I had commited to anything. That was probably the point where I decided to go ahead because I could actually see what I was going to get rather than just imagine everything from a quotation.
    The best thing is what we locked in the 3D and discussed before starting is pretty much what they delivered in the end. Their team was very cooperative throughout, especially when we wanted to change or adjust small things. They give suggestions but dont push you into expensive choices or make you feel pressured.
    Honestly this whole approach felt something new for Dubai renovation market. First understand the project, see the design, then decide yourself if you want to go ahead. Really good experience overall and a nice team to deal with.
