Pure Scam. Deceptive Return Policy and Invalidated Claims for Faulty Laptops (Order: 105357)

Do not trust Revibe UAE. I am having the exact same nightmare experience detailed by multiple users on Reddit. I purchased a refurbished Dell 7420 (Order: 105357), and it is completely defective. Just like the experiences shared by other disappointed customers online, Revibe uses deeply dishonest tactics to avoid taking accountability.
When you report a major technical fault with a laptop, they drag their feet on support. Then, once they finally take the device for an inspection, they issue a blanket rejection. They completely ignore your written evidence and screenshots of the hardware failing. Instead, they send a generic, short video showing the laptop “working normally” to declare your warranty or return claim “invalid”.
Worse yet, once they falsely invalidate your claim, they attempt to hold your device hostage. They either demand exorbitant shipping fees to return your own broken laptop to you, or they threaten a predatory 20% processing deduction fee plus delivery charges if you push for the refund you are legally owed.
Their advertised “easy returns” and “rigorous inspection processes” are a total illusion. They wait out your return period, send a single video to override your valid claims, and try to exhaust you emotionally until you give up your money.
If you are considering buying a refurbished device in the UAE, DO NOT BUY FROM REVIBE. They are untransparent, their policies are highly misleading, and their customer service is completely useless. I am officially escalating Order 105357 to the UAE Consumer Protection authorities. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
