Car repair

I had given my car to the service center after two accidents.
I got the car back in a week (during Ramadan) with all the repairs done and in perfect condition.
I want to Thank Mr Rinas for accommodating the repairs in my convenience.
Great service.

Destroyed my vehicle

Took my car here to fix a dent, somehow these cheaters are in the list of adamjee insurance for being a panel beater. Took my car there, drives like a dream for years, i have personally taken care of it. Few days later after giving it to these scammers, we pick up the car to find out its shaking like nothing before. came to realise the spark plugs, oil, shafts, engine mount, and other things have been played with or broken. How is this is even possible is beyond any logical explanation. They thought I was some nice foreigner who they can scam. BE WARY OF THESE CHEATS. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. TRUST ME. They will smile in your face when you are complaining. The manager did not even have the courtesy to drive the car so he can see the issue, he just played it like he has nothing to do with it. I will see you soon in court!

Complete Rollover Damage – Fixed to NEW!!

I had an unfortunate full ROLLOVER in the desert in my new Prado with only 25K km. Without proper off-road coverage (read your policy closely) it was not covered by insurance. The damage was extensive – 4 doors, both front and rear fenders, roof, moonroof, windshield, interior roof lining.

With all the choices in Dubai – I ended up a Regent Mechanical and happy I did! The car looks like new inside and out.

Sony and the team are very professional and assured me the job would be done properly. They were right. Very responsive via WhatsApp during the entire process including pics of the progress. They said 3 weeks and it was done precisely on time even though it a HUGE job!

They were able to secure all brand new authentic OEM parts (much cheaper than dealer) for those that needed to be replaced and for those that couldn’t the team of specialists at Regent pulled out the dents to perfection. All lines and panels fit properly. Paint was a perfect match.

The cost was very reasonable and definitely worth the value. I estimate it would have been 3-4 times as much at the dealer without any real difference.

I now have a new trusted mechanic in Dubai and you should too! If you want worry free service, even for major repairs, call Sony at Regent.

See pics!
