Rasasi “Entebaa.” Perfume fragrance not even 2 minutes

Recently, I purchased a perfume from Rasasi Matajer Al Jurina in Sharjah at the Rasasi outlet. The perfume is named “Entebaa.” While testing it, I felt it was good, but when I bought a new bottle and tried it, I found that it lasts less than two minutes. Initially, you can detect a very light scent upon spraying, but there are no further layers of fragrance that develop. The perfume lacks longevity, and the scent also changes from what I experienced during the testing. I am truly disappointed with this perfume; I never expected such low quality or weak fragrance from Rasasi, especially given the price. Now, even though I cannot change or return it after opening, is there any policy at Rasasi that allows for a perfume exchange ? to advance appreciate your assistance.

Al Rasasi perfumes

Terrible experience with Al Rasasi. I ordered a birthday gift and ended up chasing them for weeks. Yes, I entered the wrong phone number, but they never emailed me, never replied on Instagram, and gave zero updates. I had to contact Aramex myself, fix the number, and schedule delivery no one showed up. Then I was told the package was sent back.
Customer service was even worse: five emails, endless calls, and when someone finally answered, they had no idea what was going on. One even admitted he was overwhelmed. Now a birthday gift will be delivered ten days late. Completely unacceptable.

Worst Service Ever Experienced

Normally I am not writing any review or specially bad review but I want to share my the detail with you to be aware if you are ordering online with Rasasi Perfumes.

My experience with rasasiline.com has been extremely disappointing. It has been 4 days since I ordered. I ordered from Ajmal also same time and got the delivery in next day. But from Rasasi it has been 4 days but still I am waiting for my delivery.

If you call the courier service which they are using; are saying next day on any call. But if you call Rasasi support center, first of all they are not taking calls. BY MISTAKE if they take call, their way of talking is like they don’t want to talk or even help you. And if you speak more they will directly cut your call.

Very unprofessional and without any ethic team I experienced.
