Terrible service

Terrible customer service.
Not reliable
They were supposed to meet me @ Garage where I put my car for repair. No one showed up and I had to wait 90 minutes with continuous false promises. Then I had to leave by taxi.
I requested to talk to management but that wasn’t possible.

Beware of security deposit scam – They’ve charged me 290USD for one day!

They are running a scam on security deposit. They ask for 1000Dirham as security deposit and promise to credit your card in 30 days but they don’t. You have 30 days to dispute the charge and they buy time by asking you to wait until 30 days. There is no reason to wait that long since all transactions are complete. Even if you have any tickets it won’t take that long but if you don’t dispute your back will no longer accept your request and you will lose the deposit! I’m very disappointed that even though I have their word to credit the account but they didn’t , forcing me to dispute with bank which unfortunately, they decided that was a right charge! imagine almost 300USD for one day car rental (KIA Sportage).
Again, I don’t know how but this is a scam and they are dishonest people. I have all conversation recorded to prove that and will not stop informing people.

Don’t use this company

I would NOT recommend. Added on charges at the end of the lease without telling me and just charged my card. Claimed they were for damages when there were none. Also charged for cleaning when I got the car cleaned before giving it back and wasn’t informed until I asked why/what they charged me for

Rude and unprofessional

The most unprofessional and disgusting service.

Their service manager is rude and extremely discriminating towards women. He was shouting at me on the phone and asking why I called him. I have received absolutely no support from the company during break downs or tyre issues and got told that it’s my problem and I need to fix it.

2 weeks later the same service person called and advised that my current car needed to have its registration renewed and that I will be given a temporary car until my car is returned (3-5 days). The temporary car I got given was the same model, however it was not sanitized or sterilized, it has a foul odor as, and no paperwork was given with the car indicating any scratches or marks.

I would not recommend Quick Lease Car Rentals to anyone, they are money hungry, rude and unprofessional

Renting for 2 weeks

I have rented a car for two weeks and I got informed of the money should be deducted for the two weeks 2200 aed + 1000 aed deposit
They deducted away from my credit card more the amount in the contract and after a lot of negotiations with them, they admit that it was a mistake from the finance department and they will refund the extra deducted amount ; which by the way they still took more than the agreed amount
And for more than a month and I didn’t receive anything from them

THIEVES AND CROOKS AND SLOPPY.
Quicklease are thieves and liars.
t’s been a month now, and they haven’t returned our deposit to us. As well, they CHARGED OUR CARD WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION AN EXTRA TWO WEEKS OF RENTAL!! why??? Because the team is so SLOPPY and unprofessional they “assumed” we still had the car, no one bothered to check the system, and without our permission charged our card an extra two weeks of rental fees, even though the initial rental was only for 9 days!!! We have been chasing them for three weeks now, and no one is returning the money they stole. Not only that, but the manager has admitted that this “mistake” has happened before many times! They are thieves who are getting away with money! We will be taking legal action and informing consumer protection as well against these crooks.
