They never perform. The real maintenance complete and change you high for things that never happened, they damage parts that were not discussed and cheap hide fix, then when your car fails they change you again as broken, and they are very ruff with your car so you get damage on the carosery and they claim they didn’t do and it’s own responsibility, these guys are 100% scammers!!!!

After a very bad experience with this Scamming garage by not performing the major maintenance for A50% and changing the whole line!!! The car broke down due to other malfunctions they had created and tried to hide!.

Jaguar AC Repair – Quick, Knowledgeable & Professional Service

I meant to leave this review a lot sooner but Brian and his team were exceptional at fixing my AC last minute. They gave me different cost options and Brian was very good at advising the best route, impartially. They really saved the day as I had visitors landing that very evening and needed the car. They had it fully repaired and back within a day. They also sourced the bespoke part within that time. It’s working like new since.

Guessing at the issue and did not guess correctly

Really poor standard of mechanics.
I paid 10,000 dirhams to fix the issue of my Q3 cutting out. Got the car back and days later it was cutting out again. Its goes back in and they want another 2,000 dirhams for a second guess of what the issue is.
Really incompetent. Just want to take money without knowing what they are doing

Not trust worthy!

Avoid them! They assured me that my BMW suspension would be exactly as it was before! It was not and despite trying to resolve the situation, they have not been cooperative! Cost over 7500 AED and it’s a very poor result! Avoid them .

Please don’t trust quick fit car service with your car they give you all kind of packages offer and then keep making more and more money on you they are as expensive as your original car garage. Some time they will ask you to change things in your car which is working. Their manager are very unprofessional once they have your money forget you will ever see your money back. My worst experience with them😞 this company should called quick money making on others

Fraudulent and misleading

I sent my car in on 22nd December for a job that was supposed to take a week, at a agreed rate of 5K AED.

They came up with additional problems and sent a revised quote of AED 15K – issues my car didn’t have.

I got the car back and it was worst than when I brought it in to them in the first time. Handed it back trusting them (my mistake) and they lied to me for over 3 weeks about the parts arrival.

One day, he even said I could pop in the following morning that the car would be ready, I got there and my car was still in pieces.

They then carried out the work almost a month later, and came with a revised bill of 22K – I said I wasn’t going to pay so they wanted to leave with my car, I was on the back of the truck and they drove away, causing a danger to my life whilst I was insisting on paying the original amount of 15K.

Due to being scared for my life, and that they would take my car away and do even more harm to the vehicle, I was coerced into paying the whole amount.

DON’T TRUST THEM, ESPECIALLY BRIAN AND “KAHIL” A LYING MANAGER WHO IS THE LEADER OF THIS CRIMINAL ORGANISATION.

لا انصح بالتعامل مع هذا المركز
لقد قمت بتسليمهم سيارتي نيسان باترول 2013 لتحويلها الى بلاتينيوم 2022 وتم الاتفاق على مبلغ 45,0000 ألف درهم على ان يقوم بتركيب قطع غيار اصلية وكالة وعند القدوم لاستلام السيارة بعد تأخير أكثر من 20 يوم عن موعد التسليم المتفق عليه وهو 30 يوم أتفاجئ بأنهم قاموا بتركيب قطع غيار تجارية وليست اصلية كما هو متفق عليه.
والموظف المسؤول عن هذا التلاعب هو (محمود) مصري الجنسية حيث انه يتفق معي على الورق شيْ ويخبر مدير الورشة الهندي شيْ اخر
هذا الموظف بعيد كل ابعد عن الثقة والمصداقية لذلك لا انصح بالتعامل معهم خصوصا أذا كنت من خارج دبي كما هو الحال معي حيث انني من السعودية من مدينة الدمام

I do not recommend dealing with this center
I handed them my Nissan Patrol 2013 car to convert it to Platinum 2022, and it was agreed that the amount of 45,0000 thousand dirhams would be installed by the agency, and when I came to receive the car after a delay of more than 20 days from the agreed delivery date, which is 30 days, I was surprised that they installed Commercial spare parts, not original, as agreed upon.
And the employee responsible for this manipulation is (Mahmoud) an Egyptian national, as he agrees with me on paper one thing and tells the Indian workshop manager another thing
This employee is far from trust and credibility, so I do not recommend dealing with them, especially if you are from outside Dubai, as is the case with me, since I am from Saudi Arabia, from the city of Dammam
And this employee (Mahmoud) thought that I would not distinguish between commercial and original parts, and I made an agreement with an engineer from another center to confirm the type of parts used, and he assured me that all parts are commercial and not original, and I have videos and pictures that prove my words to communicate Tariq Al-Amer

BAD EXPERIENCES IN QUICK FIT DUBAI – ALERT

The whole story started with a 130k full service for a Panamera GTS for 2000 AED . And ended with 7 unnecessary broke downs and more than 4 weeks without a car and having to rent a car and the towing truck to rescue me due to frequent failures for one reason or the other with in total approx AED 50,000 bills. This during a span time of 2 months. Quick Fit seems fancy and helpful garage, maybe for basic stuff, but when it comes to something more elaborated, they just go on error and trial making you go mad, bombarding you with one invoice after the other, and being unable to fix the car reliably, including a scratch in the car. The list of issues is so long I can only name some of them. The last one, after changing the cooling system, a failure message kept popping up. They took the car for 8th time during the last weekend, tested the car by driving 300 km?!, and probably not doing anything in the car. I am expecting the same warning message to come again… My advise, don’t get hooked by the fact that they are picking your car, ok for basic stuff, nothing else.
