لا انصح بالتعامل مع هذا المركز لقد قمت بتسليمهم سيارتي نيسان باترول 2013 لتحويلها الى بلاتينيوم 2022 وتم الاتفاق على مبلغ 45,0000 ألف درهم على ان يقوم بتركيب قطع غيار اصلية وكالة وعند القدوم لاستلام السيارة بعد تأخير أكثر من 20 يوم عن موعد التسليم المتفق عليه وهو 30 يوم أتفاجئ بأنهم قاموا بتركيب قطع غيار تجارية وليست اصلية كما هو متفق عليه. والموظف المسؤول عن هذا التلاعب هو (محمود) مصري الجنسية حيث انه يتفق معي على الورق شيْ ويخبر مدير الورشة الهندي شيْ اخر هذا الموظف بعيد كل ابعد عن الثقة والمصداقية لذلك لا انصح بالتعامل معهم خصوصا أذا كنت من خارج دبي كما هو الحال معي حيث انني من السعودية من مدينة الدمام وهذا الموظف (محمود) كان يعتقد انني لن اميز بين القطع التجارية والاصلية ولقد قمت بالاتفاق مع مهندس من مركز اخر لتأكيد نوع القطع المستخدمة وأكد لي بان جميع القطع تجارية وليست اصلية ولدي فديوات وصور تثبت كلامي للتواصل طارق العامر (00966504994348) ورفعت شكوى لدى مستهلك دبي مع توكيل محامي لرفع قضية على المركز وسيارتي لاتزال عندهم والقضية لاتزال لدى مستهلك دبي والمحامي حتى تاريخ اليوم I do not recommend dealing with this center I handed them my Nissan Patrol 2013 car to convert it to Platinum 2022, and it was agreed that the amount of 45,0000 thousand dirhams would be installed by the agency, and when I came to receive the car after a delay of more than 20 days from the agreed delivery date, which is 30 days, I was surprised that they installed Commercial spare parts, not original, as agreed upon. And the employee responsible for this manipulation is (Mahmoud) an Egyptian national, as he agrees with me on paper one thing and tells the Indian workshop manager another thing This employee is far from trust and credibility, so I do not recommend dealing with them, especially if you are from outside Dubai, as is the case with me, since I am from Saudi Arabia, from the city of Dammam And this employee (Mahmoud) thought that I would not distinguish between commercial and original parts, and I made an agreement with an engineer from another center to confirm the type of parts used, and he assured me that all parts are commercial and not original, and I have videos and pictures that prove my words to communicate Tariq Al-Amer (00966504994348) And I filed a complaint with the Dubai consumer with a lawyer to file a case against the center and my car is still with them, and the case is still with the Dubai consumer and the lawyer until today

BAD EXPERIENCES IN QUICK FIT DUBAI – ALERT
The whole story started with a 130k full service for a Panamera GTS for 2000 AED . And ended with 7 unnecessary broke downs and more than 4 weeks without a car and having to rent a car and the towing truck to rescue me due to frequent failures for one reason or the other with in total approx AED 50,000 bills. This during a span time of 2 months. Quick Fit seems fancy and helpful garage, maybe for basic stuff, but when it comes to something more elaborated, they just go on error and trial making you go mad, bombarding you with one invoice after the other, and being unable to fix the car reliably, including a scratch in the car. The list of issues is so long I can only name some of them. The last one, after changing the cooling system, a failure message kept popping up. They took the car for 8th time during the last weekend, tested the car by driving 300 km?!, and probably not doing anything in the car. I am expecting the same warning message to come again… My advise, don’t get hooked by the fact that they are picking your car, ok for basic stuff, nothing else.
