I honestly can’t believe how many positive reviews this place has. From the very start, we had no fixed trainer, no fixed schedule, and classes would get rearranged last minute, constantly throwing off our plans. And even when we did have a class, the trainer was always late. It felt like no one respected our time.

To be fair, Mr. Babu is a great teacher, academically speaking. He really knows what he’s teaching, but his professionalism is another story. The whole experience was incredibly informal, and support was not given. Whenever I had questions or needed help, my messages were either ignored or I was told, “we’ll cover this in the training session for the exam,” which never happened. We paid for a course that was supposed to cover everything, from classes to exam prep, but didn’t get what we were promised.

To add, the supervisor Jainul was absolutely useless. Every time I reached out for help or clarification, I was only given empty promises. The communication was terrible, and resources that were supposed to be provided were often late, incomplete, or completely inaudible. We weren’t even allowed to take notes in class because we were given recordings (which, by the way, were sometimes lost or impossible to hear).

In the end, I felt like I had to beg for anything we were owed, and even then, it was a struggle. The whole thing was a massive waste of money and time, and now I have to go find a new place to redo the entire course. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money.
