    I recently placed an online order with Qonooz, but I didn’t realize that their tracking facilities were messy. I have no idea what the status of my order is, and when I asked their chatbot, all they could tell me was that it’s expected to be delivered on February 22nd. I then asked for a tracking number, but they said they couldn’t provide one because I placed the order as a guest. This seems odd to me – why would Qonooz allow customers to place orders as guests if they can’t provide tracking information? It would be much better if they could link guest orders to an account, even if the customer only creates that account later on.

    Moreover, there’s no customer contact number to reach out to them for better understanding.
