Worst client service ever
I had the disgrace to have Prakul Rathnakar as my agent while buying a property that he still claims to be a very good deal for me. He was reluctant to assist me in changing important clauses in the contract He always protected the benefits of the seller, disregarding the rights of the buyer. He never was able to provide basic requests such as disclosing the tenancy contract which I had to get from the tenant myself. The list is long. As per my calculations what could have been a good deal cost me the market price after all the hidden charges we could have avoided with contract amendments. Never work with him! Or for that matter with this agency.

I was working in this company and I was one of the best brokers in it and when the time came for the commission to be due they blocked me and there is no response from them until now. I want 18 thousand dirhams from them and they did not give it to me and they will not make me a regular contract with the Ministry of Labor. I give them a zero rating now and if they give me my rights I will adjust the rating and I say that because the company that does not give the worker his rights does not insure anything

The worst Real Estate Agency in Dubai
They have the worst CEO first of all Mr. Praveen who will do anything possible to eat anyone’s money and he will hire employees without labor cards and not fulfil any commitments that they make, never pays commission on time and if you leave the company on a good note with the trust of getting your commission when it’s arrived, it never happens additionally they will block you and avoid you and make you stand outside the office like a helpless person begging for money. You can find many good places to work where loyalty is valued and appreciated. The staff are also very rude the pantry is dirty and no cold water, he won’t change the water dispensary even after it’s filled with bugs. The office has cockroaches and the boss is the most fake realtor since he will be very clean while hiring but behind your back he just demotivates everyone.
He also makes people work purely on cold calls to get inventory and the data is 4 years old, they also don’t give you good leads. The CRM system is a total mess.
I finally located a nice real estate company that provides rentable housing that is both reasonable and convenient. I’d want to thank my agent, Ms. Liezel, for showing me about and seeing to my needs.
