AVOID THIS SCAM AT ALL COSTS

The worst company to work with. They collect the payment from me and then never hear back from them for a Medical Policy with this Representative Siraj. Their representatives never have a direct numebr to call on only the Company Phone Number and when I called that number and asked for Siraj got transferred twice and then they hung-up on me. This cycle repeated 3 times today and I could never get hold of Siraj. Also send him a message on WhatsApp where he shared the link with me and never got any response. Really frustrated and annoyed to the point I had to add this review now.

Well it seems I will need to escalate it to the Consumer Rights to get this sorted.

Insurance…False commitment and took the money and no refund

Dear All,
Checked for 3rd party insurance ..informed before hand the vehicle is someone else’s name who doesn’t have a license and Driver is a different person who are not related to each other..The insurance agent Mr.Hayden from the Policy House agreed to issue the policy..and asked us to pay the amount which was debited on the 16ht of September..Next day Mr. Hayden comes back saying the insurance cannot be issued and for the refund he will Inform us asap…The information.nor the refund didn’t come till now today being the 2oth of Sept 2024..Just worried if we will get the money or it is the policy to take the money and keep silent and not to respond…How does any one can help in this situation …Moreover Mr Hayden says Customer are liars ….what a pity..after paying customers are liars….

I had since one month accident and until now no broker is following up n thei yedhu i speak after a month asking me did i keep the car to garage and telling me its only the garage n insurance will do we can’t do anything n before when i ask for manger a lady hung up the call on me such an unprofessional peopel they are they call u hundred times when they want policies n when u take they don’t care to help at all

Worst customer service experience I had
I bought a policy of my son from you but after that when I asked for vouchers no one responded to me on whatsapp msg,

Recently I visited the clinic and the clinic staff said your policy is suspended don’t know the reason, your staff also did not come back to me ever since I bought the policy and for suspension, I also did not get any notification.

I called your numbers and after 11mins hold spoke to someone and she told me that I will asked someone to give you a call back in 5min and I mentioned its super urgent as I am in the clinic and waiting for the prompt response, but 5 min did not end until I called back after 1.5 hours and ask someone to revert back to me why the policy is suspended and until now no one called me so far, and again I am trying to call them their all customer service staff are too busy on the support line
