The vision of Poke and Co started back in 2016, in the UAE, when the founders decided to share their passion for delicious, healthy food to the Dubai market. After a year of developing the concept, perfecting the menu, finding the perfect location and working with a group of talented, passionate people to bring this vision to life, this locally grown concept was born. Inspired by sustainable, fresh, and high quality ingredients, Poke and Co is committed to bringing you food that is not only delicious but that is also good for you.

Poké and Co is a laid back, healthy food and café bar serving a fresh twist on the traditional Hawaiian Poké bowls, along with tasty super-food smoothie bowls, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, coffee, healthy vegan treats and much more.

Our aim is to make sustainable, healthy food accessible. We source the absolute freshest ingredients and prepare everything in-house to provide the highest quality and most flavorful food. All of our fish is responsibly sourced & sustainably caught, delivered daily and cut fresh every morning. We cold-press our juices on a daily basis and maintain the highest standards possible. We take pride in producing food and drinks that maximize real nutritional value. Whether you are looking for a gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian or vegan alternative here at Poke and Co we have something for everyone.
