Since 1889, PAUL Bakery & Restaurant has stayed true to the heritage of French rustic cooking and traditional baking, distinguishing itself for its fine breads baked in the bakeries which are in full view for the customers, and its wide selection of quality French casual dining dishes and mouthwatering desserts. PAUL,Maison de Qualité, is today very much part of France’s culinary and cultural heritage.
Been coming to PAUL for the past 4 years now, specifically the Dubai Mall Branch and their service is always great. Attentive staffs and great food.

Bad practice
After ordering my coffee for a sit in experience. My coffee was delivered in a paper cup with a plastic lid. Not a fast delivery but I was enjoying the surroundings of your shop so not a problem an I understand quality can take a little longer. I asked the waiter could I have a porcelain cup to appreciate the quality of coffee in your establishment. Not the taste of plastic and cardboard. This request was handled ok but I felt I was being fussy about my request. And. Was served by another waitress. The coffee then arrived warm (not hot) I couldn’t be bothered to complain again. Drunk my coffee and left. For the price and effort your company has put into marketing I was expecting something a little bit special. But normal to below average.

Paul Cafe at Nad Al Sheba Mall, amazing!
Shoutout to Paul Cafe at Nad Al Sheba Mall, amazing and friendly staffs. Location of the cafe is great, outside seating perfect especially with the weather now. Of course food was also amazing, we had the shrimp burrata rose pasta and the chicken cordon bleu; highly recommend! And the big chocolate macaron.
