This is the worst real estate company you could possible imagine

All of these other reviews are fake bots please ignore every single one, it is extremely easy to write fake reviews about your own company on these sites.

Our real estate agent Lily was one of the rudest most unpleasant people I have had ever met. She ignores all of our problems and lied to us saying the property would be fully serviced because it was filthy when we arrived.

She then pawned her responsibility off to an administrator – Hassan who is impressively incompetent and has resorted to ignoring all of our many many issues with this inhabitable apartment they rented us.

The AC and plumbing was broken and took two months to finally get the landlord to fix with no help from paradise oasis. The AC in my room seems to be directed from a chinese kitchen so my room smells exactly like a chinese restaurants kitchen. I have tried to ask the landlord, the agent and administrator to help me fix the problem because the contract states that the onus is on them legally. They all ignore my messages and tell the building maintenance to ignore us. The smell is still there worse than ever

There is so many more issues but I really don’t have time to keep typing.

Do not, I repeat do not touch any property from this agency.

Also Hassan and Lily should be terminated immediately. The landlord Natasha is also even worse.
