Horrible service by Pai Garage
I recently met with an accident and had given my car to Pai Garage in Deira for repairs through insurance. It was such a bad experience, with them delaying the Car delivery by a week. When they returned the car, the seats were all dirty and stained, the front panel of the car reaffixed when it wasn’t broken and done shoddily. It has been a nightmare dealing with this garage on a whole- I would give it a minus rating

Met Dileep the Senior Supervisor, his attention to details plus focussing on priority repair replacement was good, keeping in mind Safety First. 😉
Get there after an Accident on the back of my car, the repair have been done and deliver late. on my way back home, the engine Oil Pressure fail, the car went back to the garage for days, the bill was huge . and they just wanted to overhaul the engine and make even more money. when i finally get my car back to sell it, the AC was not working and they were unable to fix the issue ! and not even bother to make any gesture on the bill. very bad experience, Never again !
