Order placed through Dubai Store Website for Roland Keyboard V-Combo VR-09

I have made an Order through DubaiStore website for a Roland Keyboard and received the Order Confirmation from Dubai Store on 3 Aug 2024.
On the same day 3 Aug 2024 by 7:50 PM a person called me from Orchestra Megastore Dubai (Merchant Store) and told me that they are not able to ship the item as they don’t have stock for Roland V-Combo VR-09 B Keyboard.
After this call at 9:47 PM when I checked the Website of Orchestra Megastore, there Online website still displaying the same Keyboard as “In Stock’.
I chat with the person, available as Chat Assistant on their Website, introduced himself as ISHARA. I requested him to confirm the Stock Availability of the subject Roland Keyboard and ISHARA confirmed in the Chat box “Its available. only 1 pc in stock”.

Then ISHARA didn’t answer my question “If you have ‘In Stock’ what is the reason for cancelling the Order?” and ISHARA left Chat Box.

Please see below the Computer Screen Shots 3 Aug 2024 10:02PM.

I already made the full payment of AED 4,770.55 with my Credit Card.

Scam-chestra megastore

I’ve visited this store 19 of June. I was looking for Neumann MT48 they said to me that it is available and I can buy it. So I paid for it, they said me that I’m have to wait in mall about 2 hours before they bring it from storehouse. After some time salesman called me and said that it’s not available. They said I can choose between cancelation or waiting the order (they promised me to deliver it in mid of July). After mid of July I’m writing them everyday about my order, they always promises me but nothing is happening. 16 of August I asked for refund and provided them my account details (for some reason they couldn’t give me my money back by scanning card or cash in store). Their boss called me and asked me to give him more time for delivering my order to me, I said no I want refund. Today is 4 of September, they still doesn’t refund me for some reason, I’m writing them everyday and they just always telling me that I’ll be refunded soon it’s under process. I don’t believe them. I can’t wait for years as they want. I will contact the government and the police.
