Possessions not replaced and car damaged
Took my car here for interior valet. First they did not return my garage opening key to the car after cleaning (I had to drive 30 mins back to the garage to collect), then I discovered they broke the sun visor mirror on my car ! Reported this and they simply tried to claim I broke it myself !! Escalated to senior management and they did not even respond to my complaint ! Avoid this company at all costs ! They cannot be trusted, zero customer service, and they will damage your car !
