    Misleading, Non experts and dishonest garage

    Careful of this non expert garage for window tenting of your car, my car is german well know model, I have used their promo for 3m paid over 460 AED for a full tent (their promo is not that realistic as the promo is ablicable on limited tenting degree only) back windshield instead of putting the tenting from inside they make from the outside which is having a high risk of getting damaged even though I informed them to include in the warranty AND THEY AGREED! When I came in Feb, 2023 they refused and said it’s damaged we will not include in the warranty. AN EXPERT GARAGE WOULD INSTALL IT FROM INSIDE BUT THEY HAVEN’T COZ THEY ARE FAR FROM EXPERTS, they didn’t even cover the edges well, I have made a complaint in dubai consumer, and I will make sure that everyone knows about my situation so better to avoid this place, they can not do an accessory job correct let alone giving your car for maintenance there (wouldn’t recommend) especially if you have a German car which is far more complex for anyone to fix.
