Very bad experience

Hello,

I have rent a car through oneclickdrive Dubai.
It was the worst experience in my life with a rent a car company in many countries.
I have struggled near one month after returning the car to have the deposit refunded !!!! After multiple calls, they don’t reply !!!
And after all those inconveniences they took 330 AED
– 280 AED for car cleaning !!! (the car was not so dirty and the cost is around 15 AED in Dubai for such a car
– 50 Admin fees (if the deposit is done b=y card or by cheque
It is right that it is written in the contract, but in very small letters and they don’t inform you verbally. I think that any commercial company should advise not only taking money.
Finally, the “cheap” renting is coming as worst than any regular company.
So from my point of view to flee !!!!

Never ever rent from this “company” when they showed up with the car it was very dirty, then they didn’t have a charged device so I could pay so I had to drive with them over 30 minutes to there “office” they came and picked the car up looked it over said everything was good I’ll get my deposit back in 21 days it’s been over 30 I contacted them and they said account manager will be contacting me nobody contacted me I followed up and was left on read!! If there was 0 stars that’s what I would give!

Had an amazing experience booking a car with driver (they call it chauffeur service) in Dubai. We visited Abu Dhabi Grand Mosque and Louvre Museum. Perfect service and very professional driver in Chevrolet Suburban SUV was provided to us an upgrade. We had actually booked a Previa van.

Dead battery – left stranded – no response

I rented a Renault Duster on Sep 8 for 2 weeks, paid in full on signing. The car was swiftly delivered. I drove it for just 1 day. Today is day 4 the battery is dead. I’ve called numerous times, left messages and sent WhatsApp messages. Initially I was told it would take 2-3 hours to replace. They have stopped answering my messages. No updates. I am stranded. I will NEVER use Al maizan Car rental or this site again. I was trying to support small business, now i am sorry i didn’t go with Hertz.
This is beyond unacceptable!!
