I applied for a permit, I didn’t quite understand what it was, and I did it twice in different places. Then I issued another permit, and since there’s a lot of stuff hanging there, I didn’t pay for what I needed. I wrote a statement asking for a refund of the erroneous payment, but received a reply that the money would not be refunded!. I am amazed at such dishonest behavior and such greed. We moved in July 2024 – renting an apartment here. We regularly pay for the use of the tennis courts in the community. Security rarely open them in time, so are left with less than what we pay for on most occasions. We have long since stopped email FM at Nshama because they never respond. We tried to explain this to the incompetent security who sadly, cannot speak nor understand proper English, and they have since sent me a fine for ‘abuse’. I wonder, at which point they will pay back what they owe me for lost court time?
Furthermore, they state that they are a ‘pet friendly’ community. This is also not true – just take a look at the Town Square Animals group to see how poorly members of the community and their pets are treated.
1. Issues that persist: undragged children unsupervised suing the already cramped gym facilities. Security cannot and will not apply the rules here. 2. Children being extremely disruptive in the corridors . Again, security do nothing about this. 3. NSHAMA do not respond to emails. Unacceptable.
Please do yourself a favour and choose a more honest and transparent community to live in. Nshama in Town Square looks appealing from the outside – but is not a good place at all.
As per my personal experience being an Investor with Nshama it’s the worst dealing with customer. The agreement they treat like we took loan from them. For a project only in papers they are greedy to take extra money in the name late fee completely misguiding the investors. They don’t know the value of an Investor completely bad choice to invest with them when you got 100s of options in dubai.
I moved out of my apartment in Town Square in June and am still waiting for my security deposit to be returned. It can only be done by cheque and collected Mon to Fri between 9 and 5. Customer service keep fobbing me off telling me dates it will be available and then not sticking to this. As of today (18/7) still no further on. Very disappointing.

NO CONSIDERATION FOR PARKING FOR TENANTS AT TOWN SQUARE
Nshama management has had absolutely no consideration for tenants parking in the area of Hayat Boulevard and surrounding buidlings. They have closed off all parking except for a small area behind Hayat Boulevard. They have now also closed access to the parking across the way with huge billboards forcing us to walk in the dangerous road and very hot sun. This is so inconsiderate and I am unable to get hold anyone with authority to fix this. They did not think when making all the changes making it very inconvenient for tenants. I cannot even upload a photo of the area.
I would always recommend this real estate company because their rental apartment costs are quite reasonable. Furthermore, their settings are absolutely ideal!
