    Poor schedule management

    Severely disappointed from their management. We got invited for ballet class for my 4 year old daughter, booked a week earlier and reconfirmed few hours in advance. My daughter was super excited to resume her ballet and spoke about it the whole week.
    When we arrived the girl at reception told us the class was not even scheduled. My daughter was crying and because I know how much it meant to her there can be no excuse for that. Shame on you guys really. If you wasted my time only and cancelled my class without informing I would just leave in silence, but that’s my daughter tears
