Refund process

Dear Novo Cinema Management,

I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment with the service I received at your cinema. On November 10, 2024, I purchased tickets for a movie but was denied entry with my children. While discussing alternatives, the staff in charge assured me that all tickets would be canceled and fully refunded within 10 days. The manager was also involved and confirmed this agreement.

However, four months have passed, and I have yet to receive my refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact your staff, I have received no updates or resolution. I have also been informed that other customers have experienced similar issues, which raises serious concerns about your refund process.

As a customer, I expect a certain level of service, transparency, and respect—none of which have been upheld in this matter. I request immediate action to process my refund or appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. Please address this issue promptly, as further delays are unacceptable.

I look forward to your urgent response.

Volume is extremely uncomfortable

We have tried this cinema in Ibn Battuta mall on 2 occasions. On both occasions not only we found it too loud, but 2 other families also left because of fears of ear damage.

Louder movies are NOT better! They HURT
