**Terrible Service and Incompetent Management** This was by far the worst mani-pedi experience I’ve ever had. The lady that took the appointment didn’t even bother to ask what type of polish I had on, leading to a frustrating and time-wasting process for the removal . They were unprepared, with no proper machines for polish removal, no gelish filler , dried colors and broken trolleys for the technicians.My nails broke and got damaged because they don’t have any gelish refillers . On top of that the water feet bucket that is electrically used, burned out and caused smoke in my house ! Also not to mention that they were one hour late !!!!! The management is absolutely useless—zero support and no accountability for their poor service. On top of that, they have the audacity to overcharge for such an awful experience. This place is a rip-off and an embarrassment. Save your money and go somewhere else! However Melody and reshuda did a great job with the little the had !
