VIOLATION OF PERSONAL PRIVACY BY FORCEFUL ENTRY

I do not hesitate to speak up when I believe I am right.

First, the blinds were custom-made, yet no receipt or order confirmation was ever provided to me. I did not even approve the final cost of the blinds. If I had neither approved the cost nor received any documentation, how was the order processed in the first place?

Second, on humanitarian grounds, I had requested an additional two days because my family was dealing with serious medical issues and a death. Despite this, the blinds were removed without any consideration for the circumstances.

Most importantly, I never asked for the blinds to be installed. Without any prior notice to me, installation personnel suddenly arrived at my home. I was not informed in advance, nor did I consent to any installation appointment. What kind of customer service is this?

I am also extremely disappointed by the manner in which I was treated. How should a female customer be spoken to? No employee has the right to humiliate, insult, or speak disrespectfully to a customer. Basic courtesy and professionalism should always be maintained.

Furthermore, I did not give permission for anyone to enter my home. With whose authorization did they enter? I had specifically told them that they could collect their ladder and leave. Instead, the manager entered and climbed onto my sofa with dirty shoes while removing the ladder. This was highly disrespectful and a violation of my privacy and personal space.

Throughout this entire matter, the manager displayed a lack of respect and professionalism. A certain level of decorum is expected when dealing with customers, and his conduct reflected a very poor attitude.

I am deeply disappointed with the management of Nook Curtains. Rather than taking a neutral and fair approach to resolving the matter, the company appears to have adopted a biased position and chosen to defend employees whose actions were inappropriate.
