I want to share my experience at Noble Veterinary Clinic, not about the medical quality of the doctors — I am not in a position to judge that — but about the lack of transparency in billing and communication.

I visited the clinic 4 times in a row for the same issue, and I was charged a consultation fee every single time (AED288). That alone felt excessive and was never clearly explained upfront.

When it comes to paying the bills, it is rarely clear what you are actually paying for. Costs get added without being discussed beforehand. I partly blame myself for not asking every time, but the responsibility should also be on the clinic to proactively communicate what each service costs before proceeding — not after.
During consultations, the doctors do not discuss what additional procedures will cost. They took my cat away on their own to do a blood collection, which was very distressing for him.

Yes, they did offer me a free X-ray at some point, which I appreciated. But small gestures like that do not make up for a pattern of financial opacity.

I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and improves the way costs are communicated to clients.

Vet appointment for our Cat Charlie

Our cat Charlie visited the vet for a dental procedure suggested by the Vet at a prior check up. We were told our cat needed 2 teeth extracting due to a gum disease.

We were provided with a quotation for the treatment, which we initially found excessive, the clinic themselves reduced the indicative treatment cost by approx 25% and we agreed to proceed with the treatment.
Our issue, stems from the point that on the day of the treatment when we come to pick our cat, we are being asked to pay the same initial amount being indicated.
We were given the explanation that extra tests / x rays were done. We are not disputing this, but we agreed to proceed with a price confirmed by the veterinary clinic and were subsequently charged the original amount quoted. It feels like this phantom discount was given to get the treatment done.
Our point is that, if extra things were needed these should have been agreed and confirmed prior to the treatment. As it is we feel misguided.
So unlikely to use this clinic again because of a lack of transparency

Veterinary service with a smile

A warm welcome for me and for my two cats, both of whom needed booster vaccinations and new Passports.
Very professional and friendly and cannot recommend them highly enough.
