I regret buying a Nissan car from their Dubai dealership. Their regular maintenance service is extremely disappointing. Despite having an appointment to service my Kicks, I was made to wait the entire day with false promises that my car would be ready soon. The lack of professionalism and efficiency is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to consider this before purchasing a Nissan car in Dubai.

My car is in repair station since last 20+ days

I met with an accident on 01-03-2024, and I got my police report on the same day I left my car to Nissan body repair shop on 02-03-2024, there I found out your insurance should be only Dubai insurance, when I am calling Dubai insurance I got no response from there for almost 2 Weeks I kept calling them but no response I don’t know how it can assist the guys when they are stuck with an emergency and when I left the car it took 10 days only to get approved from insurance and now it is 20 which was the promise date to deliver now they need more time to fix which I can’t understand like how they can justify holding someones car with no rental car option and holding the cars for months.

Nissan Kicks Accident Repair

My vehicle experienced a minor accident resulting in a dent on the driver’s side door. I took it to Arabian Automobiles for servicing, having paid for full insurance coverage. Despite this, I was charged 700 AED after being identified as faulty according to the report. The insurance approval took 1.5 weeks, and the repair process took 3 weeks. Upon receiving the car, I discovered that several dashboard lights, including those near the gear, were not functioning. Despite informing them, I have not received any communication or response. Such oversight in the final inspection was unexpected and highly disappointing. The explanation given for the lack of responsiveness, citing a high volume of cars for repair daily, is unacceptable

I was always under the impression that American cars service us expensive but was proved wrong by Nissan service centre in Dubai, swooping 4K for 40k service whereas an American dies not even cost half of it This warranty clause is RIP off otherwise it can be maintained atleast 60 to 70% outside.
Advise to all nissan buyers check out the service rates before going for it.

Second hand car acquisition

I was referred by my cousin to go here and that decision was a good decision. I spoke with Mr. Yaquob and helped me with the entire process. We both worked together and props to him with his excellent customer service. My inquiries were honestly answered. After I acquired the car, after a week as promised by him, (I had issues with the car key {low batt}), after I messaged him about it, I got the spare key the next day. I am a satisfied customer here. There is no perfect establishment or organization and we can all speak of a bad experience about their service however, when there is a solution, we become satisfied. Wrong Diagnostic

Wasim Sayed Nayeem made a wrong diagnostic report about my Pathfinder 2014,He says that i need to change or overhaul my engine, I have it check outside mechanic only to learn that the only problem is Ignition coil.
I’ve been asking for the report since 11 October he is not responding to my email, so disappointing, I paid 609AE for this check-up with the wrong diagnostic, and he cannot even provide the report in my email. I will not go back to this garage i just wasted money.

Awful experience

Visited Nissan showroom today but regretfully none of the executives were bothered to attend us. After waiting for half an hour, we voluntarily had to request the Frontline staff to arrange for an executive to assist us. Sadly that didn’t happen too. Our impression towards the brand and the showroom has gone to negative and we doubt to again think about buying Nissan rather go to some brands where in the people are welcoming their customers in a good way.

Appointment

I had booked an appoint for 10th June at 12.15 for a test drive. I was at the showroom by 12:00. I was asked to wait, as the person who is to attend to me was busy with a car delivery. I waited until 12.45. When I approached the reception the two ladies at the reception told me that he was busy with another client as they had arrived before me. I again approached them around 1:05 and still the same response. I left to next showroom informing them to call me once he was done with his current client. Of course as expected no call came.
I don’t understand why an appointment is being booked if they are going to cater to a first come first serve basis and I was there well before my appointment time and why a promise is made to call back but they are not bothered.
The service on the PEUGEOT side however is highly commendable. They are prompt and attentive and gave excellent customer service.
Arabian Automobiles Nissan branch really need to send their staff on a customer service course desperately. It was highly deplorable.
Above all of this, I even get a message from them that I missed coming for the test drive ! This was the height !

We purchased a new nissan X- Terra. Before 10,000km itself, the camera started having problems. When we gave for the first service in Deira, we informed the same, and after the service, they said its done. Immediately after that, it started having problems. For the next service, we mentioned the same. The staff informed me that there is an issue and that we will change the camera once we receive the parts. They called us after receiving the parts and told them they would change the same. After giving them the car, they said there is some wire missing, and we already fixed it, so there no need to change the full set now. After taking the car, the camera stopped working. I called them multiple times, but there no response. I have never seen such pathetic service. This is a new car, and this is how they treat you. Their service is horrible, and they don’t even clean the car when you give for servicing. I have had different cars before, and their service was outstanding. Never expected Nissan to have such bad service. I’m really disappointed.

1 Year Service – Cheating

1 bought a used car from Nissan Pre Owned. And they give me a 1-year warranty . After a few days, I started having problems with my car, so I took it to the service center, where they informed me that the check-up was also chargeable. If check-ups are chargeable, then why did they give a warranty? Arabian Automobile representatives will lie until you purchase the car; after the payment is done, their real faces will appear.

Finally I got a call to let me know I will be offered a free express service by the same person. When tried to ask about my queries and why this was not suggested before regarding the express service even for a fee , the representative did not want to discuss, she was very particular to offer the service and so I accepted it.As i had expected no one called me to confirm . Also i did not want to go until i get some one responsible to call me. Nissan i think only focusses on selling but not on customer care in servicing. Hope someone promplty reacts to this who can take some accountability and responsibilty in talking to me. Looking forward to. I had been promoting NIssan with my friends, now i am discourging them due to poor accountability and rudeness of the customer service team.
