I had a very frustrating experience with this company regarding an urgent air conditioner repair.
The issue itself was simple — low gas pressure — yet the handling of the request was extremely slow and inefficient. Despite the urgency (with outdoor temperatures reaching 40°C), the company took five full days to address the problem.
The first two days were spent merely diagnosing the issue, preparing an invoice, getting approval, and sending a payment link. After that, an additional three days were wasted on what was described as “material procurement” and scheduling the technician visit.
This level of delay is unacceptable, especially given the critical nature of air conditioning in such extreme heat. What should have been a quick and straightforward fix turned into a prolonged and uncomfortable situation.
Overall, the lack of urgency, poor time management, and inefficient process made this a very disappointing experience.

Lately, their responsiveness has dropped significantly, timelines are no longer respected, and the overall attention to detail just isn’t what it used to be. It feels like the focus has shifted away from delivering quality service to simply maximizing revenue. As a long-term customer, that change is very noticeable—and honestly, quite disappointing. Yassin and his colleagues in sales have not been helpful in several requests.
Reliability is everything in this kind of service, and unfortunately, Nitty Gritty no longer delivers on that front. I really hope they take a step back and reassess their priorities, because the current experience does not reflect the standard they once had.

I have been using Nitty Gritty Technical Services for long time i now, i am very extremely satisfied with there prompt response and professionalism and leaves the property in excellent condition, communication is smooth and pricing is transparent, highly recommend for anyone looking for villa maintenance.
Annual Maintenance Contract and other services were not good at all. Upon making the payment, they do not care about what is written on the contract. Nitty Gritty are only good with Capentry work, that too under engineer Naeem. Maintenance work is below par and customer service not good.
