They are worst the a scam, they take your money and never cover any for you. Even for a simple sickness due to weather change for throat infection or runny nose they demand medical report while patient suffers with no medicine. I have paid them AED 1800 to humilate myself during my pain at door to door covered networks. Horrible and they are not approving simple blood test and ultrasound. I have been here in Dubai since 7 years even once i took 800 AED basic imsurance from another company. They never declined any request. The customer agents have different wordings. My doctor is saying you have not a chronic condition if your period is 2 days late even one of the nextcare representative understood the situation and accept that it is not a chronic condition.But the insurance ppl are saying it is a chronic and u have to wait for 6 months. If i am suffering now then should i wait to die after 6 months? Plz i recommend not to go for this insurance. I have also tried at aster clinic which was covered in the network but at reception they have declined for the consultation cover as well.

I was very sick in my work place chilling shivering like fix with 39.7 fever and partially unconscious somebody bring me in International modern hospital and bring into emergency. I don’t have single money with me they take me immediate to the bed and give some iv drips aftr felt little better then they bring some test and scan l said no money let me check with insurance otherwise l will any clinics for further check up and called the insurance and they said they will approve in 20 to 40 minutes till evening. I called them they don’t have any mercy to the patient they just simply said will approve go ahed but they didn’t approve and l was sitting in the hospital and calling some people to bring some money for me .l can say It’s the worst insurance and cheating insurance . Or else they can say me when you fell better and do the clinic . One day before l went to the clinic they don’t approved my treatment . Next day also . Even they reject my medications also . It’s just business .nothing for people my suggestion this kind of insurance must ban in UAE
The mynextcare app disappeared without warning, when I was actually in a hospital assisting a friend at the time trying to determine the level of cover applicable at that particular hospital. Lo and behold Nextcare had replaced it with something called LUMI (and removed the former app)! Couldn’t Nextcare/HR have contacted us IN ADVANCE to advise us that this was happening??? Just one of many concerns with this appalling service.

I took takaful emarat RN2 plan for my daughter. She was diagnosed with hernia on her age 2. From her first month onwards we were using the same insurance and renewing it every year. Even in the table of benefits it’s clearly mentioned hernia is covered, they are delaying my pre approval claim for more than 2 weeks. And till now there is no update on my claim. Even after contacting them over call and email no response
I hope that the government can do something about the unfair ways these health insurance companies are taking advantages of innocent people.

Hello everyone Today I’m going to talk about my experience with al buhaira insurance managed by next care. I took out the insurance in February and it is valid until September. This insurance was taken out through my husband’s work under his responsibility. I used this insurance for 2 months, after which it began to reject my requests for tests at RAK hospital. I asked RAK Hospital to restart my test request but unfortunately the file was repeatedly rejected. I call their centre and get no updates from any employers , so each time I have to explain my situation. The HR who works with my husband has made several requests but nothing to report, they take enough time to process the file. Today I’m 36 weeks pregnant and the insurance company has asked me to pay 19,000Aed to get my insurance back. The hospital delivery package costs 5600 aed. Tell me what’s in your interest as an insurer in this case if I pay more! What will I gain as a member? I’ve wasted time, energy and a lot of money doing the tests on my own account. Just imagine, after months of waiting for a favourable response, they ask me for this imaginary amount. No sense of humanity and no professionalism. A pregnant woman undergoing all this stress during her pregnancy only reflects their lack of professionalism and that this is an insurance company that wants to collect money without reimbursing its members. I don’t recommend it at all, it’s a bad experience I’ve had with them unfortunately for me during my pregnancy but I’m writing this post for people who want to join this insurance so be careful before taking this risk because afterwards you’ll regret it.

They just reject all approvals. Even speaking to the Doctor several times, resubmitting several times they just reject reject reject. I called them a few times to try and understand why the rejection, and I kept getting a text book answer, repeat repeat repeat. Then I had the pleasure of seeing them try to increase my premium by AED 50,000/year for my claims that they rejected. Absolutely awful service.
This review regarding the Orient Health Insurance and Nextcare (TPA) which our company has got for our employees is to make other people aware of the negligence of Nextcare towards the Insurers who are suffering due to their fanatical policy. Our company applied for employees insurance with Orient Insurance through their sweet talking, careless, lazy Business Development Manager (BDM) Mr. Ammar Ali and my premium is over AED: 6,000/. On 29th April’ 2023, I was diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy and doctor suggested physiotherapy and sent the request to Insurance company which was declined by Nextcare for silly reasons and asking for more feedback. I brought this to the notice of the Orient Insurance BDM and after about 3 days he got back told me to tell the doctor to give more inputs. Even after giving whatever they required the request was declined further two times. As I was supposed to start Physiotherapy on 4th May’ 2023, I was quite frantic as even on 3rd and 4th May’ 2023, they declined the request. So I called Orient whose BDM always promises like empty vessel making more noise but no follow up came from him so I contacted Nextcare directly and they told me that the request is with the medical team and late in the afternoon on 4th May’2023, I got a call from Aster Clinic that my Physio request was declined. Since I did not want to loose time, I paid for 5 Sessions and started Physio on 4th May’2023 evening itself. What I want to understand, after paying so much to Orient why we patient have to face a concrete wall like Nextcare who decline everything and anything. Does it mean that the Neurologist Doctor from Aster Clinic is not up to the mark? According to my experience Nextcare Medical team is full of unprofessional and medically unethical in their profession (Maybe the medical team is full of Pharmacist and Compounders) and their hobby is to reject any health related insurance approval. I want a frank opinion from the CEO of Nextcare, if one of his family member have some severe illness will he give him just a Panadol? Dear Mr. CEO, you are living in a glass house and enjoying at insurers cost who pay the premium and your staff is apathetic to the suffering patients by declining genuine request. Mr. CEO open your eyes and read the reviews of suffering of patients instead of the glossy pictures which your team present in your general body meetings. Mr. CEO of Nextcare I am ready to visit your famous panel of Medical team personally and let them do my Physical check-up. I have seen the replies of Nextcare team to peoples review where they say “please note that approval depends on your policy and its terms and conditions.” It’s a crap auto generated reply, and in my case Orient is saying Physiotherapy is considered in my plan and your team at the fourth attempt is saying Physiotherapy is not considered in my plan. Now on 7th May’ 2023, Doctor has advised me for 5 more session of Physiotherapy from 9th May’ 2023 which I brought to the notice of Orient and as always BDM promised me the moon and I am waiting for his positive reply and I want full reimbursement of the money which I paying from my pocket. Just now (9th May’ 2023 at 10:40AM when my colleague who is in charge of Health Insurance called Mr. Ammar Ali of Orient regarding the feedback he was supposed to give at 10:00AM, but has the AUDACITY to tell him that I have forced the Doctor to prescribe Physiotherapy.

So, my local GP in the UK asked me to get a prostate exam and my wife to have a mammogram exam to update our records and to keep us on their books, plus the importance of both of these to prevent cancer. I am over 55 and my wife is 47.
Booked in myself to RAK thinking not on insurance, never accurred ot me to ask, the doctor suggested that I contact Nextcare as she thought that we was covered.
So, I did, the agent told me via the app that checkup (non-emergency) was covered up to AED750 once a year and sent the policy reference that stipulated the entitlement. As I had already done the procedure and tests (which cost AED833). I should use the reimbursement section of the app.
9 days later of course it is rejected, After using chat again to find out why, reimbursement of non-emergency procedure’s are not covered and should have gone through direct billing. Which is direct reverse of the previous agent that seemed more knowledgeable. Of course before I could speak with someone higher I got thrown out of chat.
I think this is one of the worse insurances there is, I would never recommend the service to anyone.

No ethics, no values.. All they want to do is reject claims. They will say anything and everything is chronic condition.. Even medical emergency situations, they will ‘disguise’ as chronic condition no matter what the doctor reports..Untrustworthy. Terrible experience and service.
Once when the insurance met with an accident, they rejected X-ray. Another instance, they rejected basic blood tests advised by doctor to diagnose the issue. Assuming and declaring conditions and rejecting requests even before the doctor starting the diagnosis of the patient is their super power.
I’ve had more than 3 claims /pre-certification declined because they claim its a pre existing condition when each was different. Pain in my feet/nerves – they said it’s diabetes. Blood test – they said it was for Diabetes, eyesight problems – they said (you guessed it) diabetes. So for my AED. 4000/- I can only see a GP for Panadol. Ridiculous and degrading. Im disabled & I’m pretty sure they’ll find away to make that about a pre-existing condition. Do not recommend.

I just recently got my insurance and I went to one clinic for consultation due to some allergies and i told the doctor that on that same day i felt a lump in my left breast, the doctor referred me to gynecologist and i was advised to undergo mammography but nextcare did not approve the request because according to them it is pre existing. I dont understand that i discovered the lump only that day and how can it be pre existing?. I don’t recommend this insurance company. Now I have to pay for my treatment and having this insurance is useless.

I was on the line for 30 minutes to ask why after paying almost 7,000 AED I can not get a heart eco or exercise test approved and no-one answered.

I have paid them AED 1800 to humilate myself during my pain at door to door covered networks. Horrible and they are not approving simple blood test and ultrasound. I have been here in Dubai since 7 years even once i took 800 AED basic imsurance from another company. They never declined any request. The customer agents have different wordings. My doctor is saying you have not a chronic condition if your period is 2 days late even one of the nextcare representative understood the situation and accept that it is not a chronic condition.But the insurance ppl are saying it is a chronic and u have to wait for 6 months. If i am suffering now then should i wait to die after 6 months? Plz i recommend not to go for this insurance. I have also tried at aster clinic which was covered in the network but at reception they have declined for the consultation cover as well.

I was very sick in my work place chilling shivering like fix with 39.7 fever and partially unconscious somebody bring me in International modern hospital and bring into emergency. I don’t have single money with me they take me immediate to the bed and give some iv drips aftr felt little better then they bring some test and scan l said no money let me check with insurance otherwise l will any clinics for further check up and called the insurance and they said they will approve in 20 to 40 minutes till evening. I called them they don’t have any mercy to the patient they just simply said will approve go ahed but they didn’t approve and l was sitting in the hospital and calling some people to bring some money for me .l can say It’s the worst insurance and cheating insurance . Or else they can say me when you fell better and do the clinic . One day before l went to the clinic they don’t approved my treatment . Next day also . Even they reject my medications also . It’s just business .nothing for people my suggestion this kind of insurance must ban in UAE
The mynextcare app disappeared without warning, when I was actually in a hospital assisting a friend at the time trying to determine the level of cover applicable at that particular hospital. Lo and behold Nextcare had replaced it with something called LUMI (and removed the former app)! Couldn’t Nextcare/HR have contacted us IN ADVANCE to advise us that this was happening??? Just one of many concerns with this appalling service.

I took takaful emarat RN2 plan for my daughter. She was diagnosed with hernia on her age 2. From her first month onwards we were using the same insurance and renewing it every year. Even in the table of benefits it’s clearly mentioned hernia is covered, they are delaying my pre approval claim for more than 2 weeks. And till now there is no update on my claim. Even after contacting them over call and email no response
I hope that the government can do something about the unfair ways these health insurance companies are taking advantages of innocent people.
After paying over Aed 30,000 for 3 family members for nextcare insurance. Barely using it to only receive rejections for ultrascans. Absolutely unethical and appalling.

Lumi is not easy to connect as compare to previous one
Their Lumi app is very inconvenient in context of connecting. It has many technical issues due to incompetency of technical team, who launched it without prior testing and removed the previous one, which was very efficient and effective.

Hello everyone Today I’m going to talk about my experience with al buhaira insurance managed by next care. I took out the insurance in February and it is valid until September. This insurance was taken out through my husband’s work under his responsibility. I used this insurance for 2 months, after which it began to reject my requests for tests at RAK hospital. I asked RAK Hospital to restart my test request but unfortunately the file was repeatedly rejected. I call their centre and get no updates from any employers , so each time I have to explain my situation. The HR who works with my husband has made several requests but nothing to report, they take enough time to process the file. Today I’m 36 weeks pregnant and the insurance company has asked me to pay 19,000Aed to get my insurance back. The hospital delivery package costs 5600 aed. Tell me what’s in your interest as an insurer in this case if I pay more! What will I gain as a member? I’ve wasted time, energy and a lot of money doing the tests on my own account. Just imagine, after months of waiting for a favourable response, they ask me for this imaginary amount. No sense of humanity and no professionalism. A pregnant woman undergoing all this stress during her pregnancy only reflects their lack of professionalism and that this is an insurance company that wants to collect money without reimbursing its members. I don’t recommend it at all, it’s a bad experience I’ve had with them unfortunately for me during my pregnancy but I’m writing this post for people who want to join this insurance so be careful before taking this risk because afterwards you’ll regret it.

They just reject all approvals. Even speaking to the Doctor several times, resubmitting several times they just reject reject reject. I called them a few times to try and understand why the rejection, and I kept getting a text book answer, repeat repeat repeat. Then I had the pleasure of seeing them try to increase my premium by AED 50,000/year for my claims that they rejected. Absolutely awful service.
This review regarding the Orient Health Insurance and Nextcare (TPA) which our company has got for our employees is to make other people aware of the negligence of Nextcare towards the Insurers who are suffering due to their fanatical policy. Our company applied for employees insurance with Orient Insurance through their sweet talking, careless, lazy Business Development Manager (BDM) Mr. Ammar Ali and my premium is over AED: 6,000/. On 29th April’ 2023, I was diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy and doctor suggested physiotherapy and sent the request to Insurance company which was declined by Nextcare for silly reasons and asking for more feedback. I brought this to the notice of the Orient Insurance BDM and after about 3 days he got back told me to tell the doctor to give more inputs. Even after giving whatever they required the request was declined further two times. As I was supposed to start Physiotherapy on 4th May’ 2023, I was quite frantic as even on 3rd and 4th May’ 2023, they declined the request. So I called Orient whose BDM always promises like empty vessel making more noise but no follow up came from him so I contacted Nextcare directly and they told me that the request is with the medical team and late in the afternoon on 4th May’2023, I got a call from Aster Clinic that my Physio request was declined. Since I did not want to loose time, I paid for 5 Sessions and started Physio on 4th May’2023 evening itself. What I want to understand, after paying so much to Orient why we patient have to face a concrete wall like Nextcare who decline everything and anything. Does it mean that the Neurologist Doctor from Aster Clinic is not up to the mark? According to my experience Nextcare Medical team is full of unprofessional and medically unethical in their profession (Maybe the medical team is full of Pharmacist and Compounders) and their hobby is to reject any health related insurance approval. I want a frank opinion from the CEO of Nextcare, if one of his family member have some severe illness will he give him just a Panadol? Dear Mr. CEO, you are living in a glass house and enjoying at insurers cost who pay the premium and your staff is apathetic to the suffering patients by declining genuine request. Mr. CEO open your eyes and read the reviews of suffering of patients instead of the glossy pictures which your team present in your general body meetings. Mr. CEO of Nextcare I am ready to visit your famous panel of Medical team personally and let them do my Physical check-up. I have seen the replies of Nextcare team to peoples review where they say “please note that approval depends on your policy and its terms and conditions.” It’s a crap auto generated reply, and in my case Orient is saying Physiotherapy is considered in my plan and your team at the fourth attempt is saying Physiotherapy is not considered in my plan. Now on 7th May’ 2023, Doctor has advised me for 5 more session of Physiotherapy from 9th May’ 2023 which I brought to the notice of Orient and as always BDM promised me the moon and I am waiting for his positive reply and I want full reimbursement of the money which I paying from my pocket. Just now (9th May’ 2023 at 10:40AM when my colleague who is in charge of Health Insurance called Mr. Ammar Ali of Orient regarding the feedback he was supposed to give at 10:00AM, but has the AUDACITY to tell him that I have forced the Doctor to prescribe Physiotherapy.

So, my local GP in the UK asked me to get a prostate exam and my wife to have a mammogram exam to update our records and to keep us on their books, plus the importance of both of these to prevent cancer. I am over 55 and my wife is 47.
Booked in myself to RAK thinking not on insurance, never accurred ot me to ask, the doctor suggested that I contact Nextcare as she thought that we was covered.
So, I did, the agent told me via the app that checkup (non-emergency) was covered up to AED750 once a year and sent the policy reference that stipulated the entitlement. As I had already done the procedure and tests (which cost AED833). I should use the reimbursement section of the app.
9 days later of course it is rejected, After using chat again to find out why, reimbursement of non-emergency procedure’s are not covered and should have gone through direct billing. Which is direct reverse of the previous agent that seemed more knowledgeable. Of course before I could speak with someone higher I got thrown out of chat.
I think this is one of the worse insurances there is, I would never recommend the service to anyone.
Docter fee you need meet 55 dhm minimum need,,, All Bill separate they giving also….. medicine some not covered, covered medicine also after they taking money 18 dhm medicine bill they taking.docter fees after all cheating only.your insurance and our company making the drama only this….no Mark for your insurance

No ethics, no values.. All they want to do is reject claims. They will say anything and everything is chronic condition.. Even medical emergency situations, they will ‘disguise’ as chronic condition no matter what the doctor reports..Untrustworthy. Terrible experience and service.
Once when the insurance met with an accident, they rejected X-ray. Another instance, they rejected basic blood tests advised by doctor to diagnose the issue. Assuming and declaring conditions and rejecting requests even before the doctor starting the diagnosis of the patient is their super power.
I’ve had more than 3 claims /pre-certification declined because they claim its a pre existing condition when each was different. Pain in my feet/nerves – they said it’s diabetes. Blood test – they said it was for Diabetes, eyesight problems – they said (you guessed it) diabetes. So for my AED. 4000/- I can only see a GP for Panadol. Ridiculous and degrading. Im disabled & I’m pretty sure they’ll find away to make that about a pre-existing condition. Do not recommend.
I had a pleasant experience with them their staffs are professional and delivered amazing services, they are worth recommendable.

I used it 3 time in a period of 8 months and all the time I had a problem in approve the tests, always ask for a medical report and in the end they protect their side saying that is a pre existing condition. The customer service just say that is not them to hold our inquire is the clinic that didn’t give the right medical report. I had a food poisoning and it took one whole day to get approved an stool test… unbelievable … now I can’t test my cholesterol because I did a test one year ago in another country and I can’t provide the medical report … they told me that I should told in the pre existing condition declaration… THAT IS A JOKE… Run a way from this company
I just recently got my insurance and I went to one clinic for consultation due to some allergies and i told the doctor that on that same day i felt a lump in my left breast, the doctor referred me to gynecologist and i was advised to undergo mammography but nextcare did not approve the request because according to them it is pre existing. I dont understand that i discovered the lump only that day and how can it be pre existing?. I don’t recommend this insurance company. Now I have to pay for my treatment and having this insurance is useless.

You are a football not a person when dealing with them. You call the call centre it say contact through whatsapp and when you do that they say call the call centre.
I was on the line for 30 minutes to ask why after paying almost 7,000 AED I can not get a heart eco or exercise test approved and no-one answered.
You get insurance to have things smoother in case of emergency but when it comes to NEXTCARE there is no sense of urgency.
Make sure you understand fully what they say because a simple exercise test falls into hypertension and they deny it.
The whole thing is structured to make people thinking they are paying for an expensive insurance while when it comes to claims it is exactly the opposite.
