Our cheese is our secret, naughty weapon. The Fior Di Latte cheese comes fresh from the small town of Agerola in Campania. Connoisseurs describe this cheese simply as, ‘the best-tasting cheese for a pizza.' Designed specifically for our delicate yet delicious pizzas, you won’t find pizza ovens like ours anywhere else in the world (unless you’re visiting one of our other restaurants!)
