The Most Dishonest Assurance in UAE !
I had this insurance for past 1 year, in that 1 year I had an accident in my car, someone hit my car on the backside, I called them, and they never gave me any kind of assistance. After many attempts over the phone and emails (I have everything saved), they sent me to their garage Hope City in Al Quoz,I got there I was very mistreated by the mechanic Mr Sajeer. he told me that they never had experience with Bentley’s before, that they were going to call me back for more information and quotation, they never called me, but I had called several times and they always told me that I should be patient.I paid all my car expenses by myself, and I sent them all the receipts, by phone they say the same thing that I must be patient, and by email they never answered me. Please never do anything with this company they are not honest…
It was great to avail the medical insurance services they were really helpful and friendly staffs and the services they are providing are perfect.
