Very disappointing insurance company. First they made me wait through the waiting period, and once it was over, they created a new excuse claiming “pre-existing condition,” even though my doctor clearly confirmed my current issue is not related to my old medical history. Their customer service is unhelpful, argumentative, and completely unprofessional. I have been waiting for over a month with no support, and my policy is about to expire. I paid a big amount for this insurance and they refuse to cover anything. Truly unreliable and not recommended at all.

Have to wait at least 2-4 hours to get an approval from them and the customer service does’nt even pick up the phone . Have send them messages on WhatsApp also , but they are very slow in replying .

We got NGI insurance for our company. We have to wait for 2 to 3 hours minimum to get the approval of tests / medicines. Their customer care attends the call. While writing the review I am on call with them 15 minutes but still didn’t get the privilege to talk to them. Have send them 4 msgs on WhatsApp but no reply yet.
I was extremely pleased with my experience at this company. They provide excellent plans at very reasonable prices!
