Unprofessional staff

I had a really disappointing experience at the salon today. I went for a clean up , and while the service started off okay, things took a turn towards the end. As soon as the clean up was done, I was simply told to get up and sit outside with the mask still on my face. No proper explanation, no care. I was left sitting there while the staff moved on to the next customer — giving them a full hair wash and even a blow dry, completely ignoring the fact that I was still sitting with the mask drying on my face.

It was honestly such a pathetic and unprofessional way to treat a customer. I just wanted to share my experience today with Ms. Komal, and I hope the salon seriously considers improving their customer care and service quality. If there was an option for 0 star, i absolutely would.

I am thankful that i came to this salon, i had my hai color, nail art, hydra facial, pedicure, hair spa, and it was beyond my expectations i love all of staffs there veronica,komal, sabrena and veronica(momshy) is my favourite and they are very welcoming and very interactive and friendly I literally keep coming here in every two weeks.

Fine job

I wanted to make nail extensions when I visited my brother living in UAE last February, so I tried this salon. The staff was really friendly and the place was so clean. The nail extensions were fine and with good nail art. Unfortunately, they were somehow inattentive while doing my nails. Moreover, their prices are higher than any other salon. But overall the experience was really good!

Friendly Staff

I took their Keratin services, when I visited Dubai in January, they said that your Keratin will last long up to 6 months but it starts affecting in 3 months my hair started getting rough, though they used fine quality products still my hair starts getting bumpy.
