My experience with Namshi’s service and support center has been extremely disappointing. Any issue related to exchanges, whether due to incorrect sizing or receiving the wrong color takes over four weeks to resolve, even after sending multiple follow-up emails. What makes it worse is that returns are equally inefficient, with no clear communication or timely action from their side. The delays and lack of accountability from the support team make the entire process unnecessarily frustrating. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Namshi by any means.

After 12 days Still NO REFUND!!

There should be a zero star rating!
I placed an order on Oct 8th for a dress worth AED 630, ofcourse delivery was another issue but that’s not my case! I decided to return the dress and request for a refund. I got the confirmation of my refund on OCT 11th. Then i followed up after a week stating no refund is reflected in my account, they then confirmed issue and delay is from my bank side. Then I raised the case with my bank and provided the ref and amount i am expecting and they said there is no trace of such refund!! Now i went back to Namshi stating the same and they said ohh we will investigate!!!!!!! Its been 2 weeks now!!! I do not recommend anyone to buy anything since you can’t even guarantee a refund!!!!!

They did it. but without any description of the limited time it took to use it!!!

Horrible experience and they can’t fix a simple issue! They will make you wait and wait and wait for nothing! They delivered an empty box and when they sent a new one the delivery guy was asking for the return item! How can I return an item that I didn’t received?!! Stay away from shopping here they will send you the wrong goods and then don’t refund you. Customer service is non existent they will just copy and paste emails.

I have also noticed the many fake reviews here. Check trust pilot who actually scan reviews making sure can’t leave fakes all the reviews on trust pilot is terrible 1 star.

Returns and support

NAMSHI does not have an actual way to contact them. I have raised a complaint via several emails and calls. They just give rehearse answers and say they’ll get back to you and it never happens. There is no way for you to get in touch with them. The customer service is non existent, they will escalate but nothing happens and that’s where you’re stuck. So basically if NAMSHI decides they’re not refunding you, they ignore you! Pathetic

Worst exchange and return services due to an incompetent customer service agent.
Order :NMQAB4UJCV9MOH3K-1-P1-R1. I have been following up for the past month and keep receiving the same generic response:

“We apologize for the problem you encountered, and we understand your patience. Please note that the relevant department is working hard to solve the problem with your request, and the relevant department has been alerted to follow up with you regarding the latest developments.”

The issue is very simple and can be resolved by creating the correct airway bill number with the logistics supplier.
Namshi/Noon has got the worst after sales customer support service in the GCC.

Call for delivery status update

I never faced such worst customer service in my life ….. I have order 14 nos products from namshi on 30-03-2024….All product status shipped and no delivery status showing and when i open namshi app its showing pickup code – 564137 and my order number :- NMAEB3UOFUW4YR05….I called namshi customer care agent to check my status.And his answer was your shipment is cancelled due to the delivery agent issue… Alreeady i paid for 1792dhs now he is telling i will not get my product anymore my money is lost…what logic is this….I want my 14 products as soon as possible

Poor customer service!

One of the worst customer service (next to noon). Called in to check for my order which I am waiting for 2 days and the only reply they’re giving me is that the courier was trying to call me but they didn’t get an answer (big liars!). I’ve waited the whole day and if I didn’t call them I wouldn’t have been informed that the delivery will not happen and that I need to wait again tomorrow (need to waste another day) with no assurance that I’ll have my order deliver. I called around 3:30pm, when cs cannot help me I asked for a manager and he answered me that the manager will call me back at 7pm! They should hire new people in the customer service department or change their third party call center.

Return refund, clueless people in the call center.

I made a purchase on the 3rd of November. One of the items I returned and I was told that I would have a refund within 6-7 working days. It’s now 25 days and many phone calls and still no refund. I’ve had call center people say “I can find your return order sir”….and then the next call “yes sir it will be refunded and someone will contact you”. my next step is to visit the Namshi office in person. Shocking bad service and in my opinion an attempt of fraud. I will not rest until I am refunded.

Delivery took almost 1 and half week and I didn’t receive my refund still.

Don’t book with Namshi.
Pathetic customer service for everything thing.
I don’t even want to give 1 star to them as it’s been 1 month I didn’t receive the refund for the products I return already, they are tied up with noon and the representative came and picked up the items but as per them it’s not been registered.
Even they don’t delivered the products on time they say they will deliver in 24 hours but they don’t as they took almost 1 and half week to deliver it.

Security Concern and Unresolved Dispute

I recently encountered a severe security breach involving my Namshi and Noon accounts, which resulted in an unauthorized transaction of AED196.80. Since both accounts are unfortunately linked, the hacker utilised my Namshi funds to purchase Razer cards through my Noon account.
Over the past week, I’ve been in constant communication with the customer service teams of both Namshi and Noon, only to find myself caught in a frustrating cycle of redirection between the two. This lack of accountability is utterly unacceptable. I want to emphasize that I have not utilised any public internet connections and have maintained the confidentiality of my password.
Moreover, I have not made a single purchase on Noon this year, making the fraudulent transaction even more glaring. Despite my persistent efforts, the promised managerial callback has failed to materialise, indicative of a frustrating disregard for customer concerns.
Evidently, the security infrastructure of both companies appears compromised, given that an unauthorised party successfully transferred funds from my Namshi to Noon account and executed an order using an unfamiliar phone number, which is unequivocally not mine. I have meticulously documented this entire ordeal with screenshots and intend to involve law enforcement to address this criminal activity.
My primary objective is the retrieval of my misappropriated funds. Regrettably, the subpar customer service experience has led me to the decision of closing both accounts asap. My time has been needlessly wasted, and this experience has been nothing short of infuriating.
In conclusion, the customer service I have received is substandard, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of both Namshi and Noon. This has been an utterly frustrating ordeal, and I still expect a swift resolution to this matter.

My order was way late, didn’t get any update and customer service representative could not help at all. They kept on repeating the same thing in circle, that they do not have any information about the driver and do not know where my order was. Extremely disappointing. I will never shop at Namshi again. Asos is way better.

Ordered 9 items on 04th Oct 2023 and delivery was scheduled for 06th Oct.

On 06th and 07th Oct just received a sms saying unable to reach me for delivery (without receiving any calls) from their delivery partner Noon Express.

Been calling Namshi customer service daily and response is they will escalate the matter to their logistics partners Noon express (as per Namshi shipment is at Noon express warehouse) and when I ask them for Noon express contact details they mention they cannot provide the same.

Until 11oct today, no response from Namshi nor from Noon Express.

Worst experience ever from Namshi.

Have to see now after cancelling my order, how soon they process the refund.

I Ordered a Nike shoes last July 17th 2023 (delivery time 1-2) until now nothing.
Customer support ( keep making excuse today it will delivered) – Everyday I call the Namshi and they will keep saying it is on the way for shipping. – Fake there is no assurance until when is the shipment.
Refund – (customer support not allowing you to refund since the item is shipped)

In the end you will realized you got scammed.

Excellent Service

Reading all the reviews of Namshi I was extremely sceptical. That said, I can confidently state that I had the best experience using them. I ordered a pair of shoes yesterday (which was a Sunday) and my order arrived today (Monday) before I could even sit down for lunch. Fast service, correct shoe and size. I have not returned anything as yet, but will gladly make use of this app again. Big shout out to Namshi’s team and the Noon express delivery service!

Worst Customer Service

I had issue with the item which I bought from NAMSHI, and send inquiries how to replace it or how can I use warranty, which was together with the order.

I have received few emails back, with no answer or proper explanation,even after attaching warranty and after explaining 100 times the issue and it was clear the issue was with the item not damaged by me. And now, they don’t even reply to my emails, also can’t find the contact number.

Driver and Customer care are WORST!!!
