It use to be great, however now when they became trendy, unfortunately the host are rude, the food is below average and the overall experience is below average. It reminds me of whites before their fall. Just the same attitude at final days at the top. Not suitable for dubai customer service standards.

Waited over an hour for mains which didn’t come – asked for the bill for the starters and we’re still asked to provide a tip! Our table was within about 6 inches from the table next to us with a guy smoking a huge cigar – asked to move was told no. All tables cramped right beside each other. Dined all over the world and this is by far the worst service ever experienced. Don’t bother wasting your money – bill was $1400 without even the mains (which again we left as they took over an hour) for 2 people. Worst place in Dubai, Dior should really reconsider who they affiliate with.
My experience at this place was extremely perfect. The atmosphere was great and the food was so tasty and fresh!

Booked a table and still made to wait for over an hour. Place looks like a fish market with the way they manage bookings. Given table which is a shared table with another customer! Simply just left ! I’d rather spend my money somewhere else. Booking system is a total disaster!

We ordered pasta with meat for 4 people ,came way too cold and hard to eat though and seemed not cooked enough
We complain and try to get another dish but the plates came too hot and seem they microwaved them And we returned them and we didn’t want to eat Worst part they put it in the bill. We refused to pay for that and the manger called us “horrible people “and my Staff hate to service our table

I have been several times, for a day at the beach is a wonderful place with amazing view and the sun beds are very comfortable, the menu from the beach is different from the restaurant (very small choice), during the evening I never had a good experience, sometimes you can have a good table but sometimes you can also have a bad table (they can give you a table inside the plants “in the garden”) its just terrible. Stuff most of the time they are very rude, this place most frequented by “very weird people”, still prefer 100 times Nammos from Mykonos, its just another level.

Nammos was the only restaurant in Dubai that I had a terrible experience, I waited 1 hour for my table (I had made the reservation 5 days before). Hosts are very rude specially one of the long blond hair (I don’t know if she is Russian or Greek). The waiter was very kind, but realized that this restaurant goes only prostitutes, very bad reputation !!!
