I did basic pedicure with hard skin removal on the morning of 28/12 in Dubai Hills branch. The technician was very rough and acted as if was in a hurry. I ended up with bleeding toes till today. I fell numbness in my feet & the my toes look ugly. I called to complain, the response from the manager on duty was very poor & disappointed with a promise to do a better job “next time”. The manager said she will send the technician to get more training. Total unprofessional and irresponsible reaction from the spa and manager. Substandard service in a highly competitive market.

I call in the number of batuta branch and they set me an appointment today at 4 pm.i received as well the email and sms message regarding for my appointment.but .when i reach there the lady in the reception said that i don’t have appointment to them..and they notice is wrong set of appointment….its waste of time for me and effort to come …and they will tell me to go in other branch at 4:30…4:20 im still in batuta….they will think thar i can go as fast as that….
