Dishonest/Bad advert on the app.

Application says my car will be oil changed with 15,000KM Mobil 1 oil. However, on a call staff confirmed my car being Japanese they only use 10K oil.
Now, if I had booked oil change service without a conversation with the staff, app would have charged me price for 15K oil change.
I consider this cheating, coz advertised promise is different to actual.

Another embarrassment, staff on the call confirmed they are only allowed to talk in English while he was competent in another language that I tried taking to him. Not that my english is bad, its about respecting customer preferences.

change oil service and returning car with AC problem

First time I used the app is for exterior cleaning. I can say its 5 stars at first use. Now I am totally frustrated with what happened to my 2nd service. I know that my car has some issues, but this time I ask for change oil package. I have used in the morning and reached office @ 8:45 am. MYsyara picked my car 9:05am, and middle of the day they are telling that there are problems with my car. Ok I admit that there are problems on car, but telling that my AC is not working is unacceptable. IT IS 100% working, cooling before I handed it over to your staff. I thought I have saved money for using your service, now I’m in trouble gain of going to to other service for repairing. Additional money, waste of time.

My Experience with MySyra

I gave my Nissan Patrol to MySyara 2 days back for some maintenance work. They were so prompt professional and reasonable that it’s hard to believe. Entire operation was carried out by them in a spotless manner, right from picking up my car from my place, regular updates, suggestions and timely job completion and delivery. Boys Israr and Aammir were simply superb, so courteous and friendly. Most definitely I will continue to use the services of MySyra always.

You book a slot but you don’t get it

Using my sayara for the first time. They promise to deliver the car on the same day. I booked my slot 4Pm after charging my card they asked me to change the slot as they will not be able to deliver the car. Why you kept the slot open for booking if you are busy. Very disappointing expirience for first three me user. I will finish this service and never do it again
