I had a terrible experience renting from this company twice. The pictures in their ad on Dubizzle were misleading, and there were hidden charges that were never clearly explained. The staff were unprofessional, and invoices were not provided unless I repeatedly followed up. I even had to seek help from consumer rights authorities to recover my security deposit (fully received after 6 months).
To save your money, time, and energy, I strongly advise avoiding dealing with them.
There is a reason for 30 AED car delivery and cheap rental rate. THEY KNOW THEY WILL TAKE IT ALL BACK. They will charge 280 AED for dirty cars ( same condition when they gave it). They lie that the smoke smell in car( we’re allergic to nicotine). You got traffic fine, they charge 100 AED EXTRA calling it admission fee.
They never answer phone calls and when they do they shout when they’re proven wrong.
Even they say they will not take a deposit or they will charge only 1 AED/day or even they say they give it for free. WE WILL AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. READ OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS. ALL TRUE.
My experience with Moosa Rent a Car has been extremely disappointing. It has now been over a month since I returned the car, and my security deposit is still not refunded. Every time I follow up, I’m given excuses or told to “wait a few more days,” but nothing actually happens.
A rental company should handle deposits responsibly and communicate honestly. Instead, this has turned into a frustrating and time‑wasting process. I would strongly advise others to think twice before renting from them based on my experience.

Do not rent from this company. They are cheaters. They took my security deposit and later claimed a “vehicle cleaning charge” of AED 280 + VAT. The car was returned clean, and they did not provide any invoice or proof for this charge despite asking multiple times. This is dishonest behavior. I am giving a zero-star rating.
Extreme delay in deposit refund and incorrect extra charges
I rented a car from this company and returned it on 3rd August 2025. Their contract clearly states that the deposit will be refunded within 30 days, but as of 5th September 2025 I have still not received my money back.
When I raised this with them, they tried to add extra service charges and charged me for Salik trips that didn’t match the times the car was with me. I even shared proof (screenshots and timings), but instead of resolving, their team became defensive and unprofessional in their responses.
It’s very disappointing to deal with such delays and behavior, especially when all I’ve asked for is my rightful deposit refund. I am now pursuing the matter through Dubai Consumer Protection.
Anyone renting here should be cautious, keep all their proof, and double-check charges.

They rent the car under moosa rent a car and give you a receipt for the deposit under HMA Superior VIP Rent a Car, by the time they should return the deposit, they run away. When claiming this amount in Dubai Consumers department i found out that 979 other cases has been raised for the same thing.
