Went for my annual review and came across the orthotist who was full of attitude and behaved as i am a 10 yr old kid to prove her point to me which was lying and when i caught the lie she said i did say sorry to you 3 times what else do you want. Sorry for the cheat which she did knowingly. I didn’t expect this from such a reputable clinic. I was interrupted twice while i was talking as she said,” wait let me finish” as if i am her student. I was just seeking clarification over the report and she created a scene out of it.

I have just returned from a follow up appointment after my second eye cataract removal and intraocular lens surgery, which was performed just yesterday, having both eye surgeries within 2 weeks. I am now typing this ‘thank you’ with the normal typeface of my iPhone, without glasses which I have worn for several years, and it feels just miraculous! I cannot thank enough, Dr Ammar Safar and his team who performed my surgery, along with the anaesthetists, the nurses, and the whole of the Moorfields team who I interacted with, and who made my eye surgery a breeze to get done. Moorfields was always going to be my eye hospital of choice due to its worldwide reputation, but they really did go above and beyond, making me feel informed, comfortable and confident about having surgery. I would wholeheartedly recommend Moorfields. It really has been the best experience and has literally changed the way I see the world now. Thank you
