In 1990 two friends came together with a clear idea: to create a bakery that honoured celebrations. With their combined skills and vision, Mister Baker was born.
Since then, we have grown with one clear purpose in mind – to make your dream celebrations a reality. We have worked tirelessly to expand our delectable menu and services in order to make every celebration not just special, but memorable too.
Wanted to make a surprise my friend for a birthday cake. i paid online but the worst is their delivery guy was pushing the birthday girl to make the payment. So Mister Baker has no keep of records, no apologies, and thank you for messing up everything on a very special day. So everyone avoid ordering something from them.
Delicious cakes in UAE, excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff as well.

Late order and wrong delivery address!!!!
I would never ever use this place ever again!!! After placing an online order for my daughter’s 4th birthday party, and being reassured I can collect at store at 11am it was not ready!!!! Then waited another 4 hours for the platters to be delivered only to be told delivery man is lost and can’t find the location!!!! Disgusting customer service!! Unreliable!! Would never trust this Mister Baker again for any event!!! Pathetic service and they then wouldn’t even allow me to inflate my daughters one balloon as was bought from outside !!!!! Wow great service recovery after you messed up my order and wasted my time !!!!! Many better places to buy from than this generic shop who is t even competent with online ordering and delivering!!!!! Disgusting 🤢
I had a good experience at mister baker I ordered a cake and flowers from Canada to Dubai it was delivered at time mannered! It was a remarkable experienced from mister baker! I highly recommend it..👌🏻
The motorcity branch took 6 hours after which I had to finally cancel my order at 10pm waiting for a cake since 5pm. Thank you Mister Baker for ruining the day. Keep up to this.
We ordered for tiramisu cake. Unfortunately I have a nut allergy. I requested for no nuts in the cake (that I usually request in other resto) and as far as I know, there is no nuts in tiramisu cake. Someone called from Mr. Baker and she said they cannot grant my request and there is no other option but to take the order. I told her to cancel my order, she said impolitely that we should be the one to cancel, of course I knew that. I’m just telling not to go through on my order. So we canceled our order in Talabat but it was showing we can’t cancel the order because it’s already prepared. We contacted the customer service then we canceled the order. It took around 10 minutes to cancel. Then she called again from Mr. Baker asking me to cancel as the driver is waiting. She is very impolite!.

Late delivery
Since they state on their website that they deliver on the same day, i ordered a photo cake to be delivered on the same day for a farewell party. After checking with their chef, they told me that the cake will be delivered by 6 pm. However, unfortunately at 6 pm I called them to know that the cake is still in the making !!! Their excuse was that there are many orders to fulfill . Then , why haven’t I been informed earlier? That was a great disappointment. Indeed, I will not order from them again nor recommend to any one.

Cake delivery
The whole experience was ruined and spoilt. I ordered a cake from Mister Baker for my mother’s 63rd birthday. Executive Aakash took my order at 17:15 confirming the cake would be delivered between 19:00 to 21:00 latest. After calling several times(06 to be precise), I get to know that the cake won’t arrive until 21:45. I have a small kid to take to bed as it’s already late for her. The birthday couldn’t be celebrated with the cake. The entire evening was spoilt as my kid was really waiting for her grandma’s birthday to be celebrated. Finally my kid went to bed without cutting the cake. No communication and professionalism shown by Mister Baker. If they can’t deliver what they promise, they should shut down the business. There are hundreds of cake shops in Dubai that could deliver what they promise. I won’t recommend #MISTER BAKER to anyone.
This shop is extremely great. The desserts served there are so delicious and their prices are so reasonable.
