This is big scam on call they ask yes or no start deduction from account and they get access to deduct amount direct from my credit card & when I cancelled they said you agreed on phone non refunded insurance if cancelled how bank allowed them without my permission to deduction to third party this scam everyone are together.

Horrible and Untrustworthy

Emirates NBD Met life Insurance team has contacted me and confirmed that the policy for MetLife Multi Protect -under my policy EBMU108421 is eligible to avail 30 – 40 % of discounts on Medical claims on Doctor’s visit in their listed Hospitals. It is totally a scam!! when I enrolled and charged for my policy and while visited Hospital they do not even consider this for any reason.

I was totally surprised and shocked to know Emirates NBD Bank has also doing these fraudulent upselling to its Account holders.

I’ve contacted them immediately to cancel my policy and not to charge me on the next billing cycle – Even on several reminder emails and calls for cancellation Emirates NBD is kept charging me again for this Dam policy even when we raise to cancel.

I’ve been guarantied by their Contact center person Sathivir that this policy will be cancelled and the refund on the charged amount will be done in priority on 15th May but still my policy is Active and they still keep robbing me..

I’m trying to reach them in all media but still they are non responsive and they advised they have arranged for a call back in few minutes but I’ve been kept waited for the whole day without any reason.

This is simply annoying and poor Service for their Team.

Fraud Insurance Company!

this insurance is a scam so beware! they even tied up with my bank. Few months
I am paying for my insurance and wasn’t aware until I went to a clinic and optical shops that I am not even listed on this insurance. For 2 months I tried to reach them and repeatedly requesting for a cancellation yet no one responded and they continue taking my payment!!!!!!!

WE WERE SCAMMED! BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!

It’s a scam! They fooled us!!! Me and my husband was so upset and so disappointed with our agent and Metlife itself. We were offered a retirement with pension plan. I even reiterated and had a condition with our agent that we don’t want to invest in stocks! At first she showed us a projected retirement plan in US Dollars and it was very attractive especially the dividends or cash value. But what did they do? They fooled and abused our trust! Because of Pandemic they discontinued the pension plan and changed the plan with life insurance and invest it to stocks without our consent and approval!!! I was paying for my premium of US$420.38 for 3 years and 3 months now trusting that we are saving for our future. Yesterday, I was shocked! I checked and found that the REMAINING CASH SURRENDER VALUE is only US$4,094.41. What is this? We lost all our money for nothing and wasted our time and energy! My husband lost his job since 2 years ago in the Pandemic until now but we continued to save because we are already 54 and 55 years old and sooner we will retire and go back to our home country without the pension plan that was originally agreed upon to. I wrote a review to warn those who are also an OFW who wanted to have their dream retirement plan. May God deal with these people.
