    Racist

    They are very racist and this is my second time in a different branch of theirs and same bad attitude. I made a reservation for 9 , which I called the customer care earlier on the day I visited, when we got there all staff we came across were rude . The bar guy said der minimum spend of 300 and I and my friend have to pay before anything. Paying that wasn’t the issue but we told him no one said that while I called for a reservation , he went in brought a tablet showing I made no reservations making me look like a liar after I showed him evidence that I called , he legitly cancelled the reset and lied we made no reservations. Other customers came in but no one spoke to them about reservations in my presence people walk in to grab a drink and I was made to walk away I’m Shame. They keep selecting people to pay 300 . They are racist and evil beware . The next day I reached out to customer care on WhatsApp with my complaint they read and didn’t reply
