The story of Mattina Coffee started with a passion for coffee and an inspiration by specialty coffee roasters. We wanted to share the cumulative know-how of three generations of coffee lovers with the local market. Mattina Coffee is made by a team of experts in coffee farming, roasting and cupping with Quality on the forefront of the journey. Our diverse team includes roasters from Ethiopia and Kenya, cuppers from Lebanon, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Brazil. This diversity of experience and know-how is brought together by a common passion for coffee.

We select high quality coffee beans sourced directly from farmers and cooperatives. This includes third-generation farmers in Brazil, Colombia, Nicaragua, Panama, Indonesia, Ethiopia and Kenya. We taste a large number of coffees every year but only buy those that bring out unique characteristics. We approach coffee roasting with dedication and commitment in pursuit of coffee perfection. All our coffees are customized and crafted at our cupping lab in Dubai.
