SCAMERS

Rented a car to then charged be charged 380 AED for apparently 24 km extra, they then said there was a scratch yet could no show video to show wasn’t there they then proceeded to threaten me with police which I then said go get police as I wasn’t being conned anymore no police were called. I since received emails claiming fine as well that was quick they toook car back at 12am a received fines at 8am. I have then received claims of fines from a French number as well. These are total scammers and beg you not to use and do not leave any deposit as this will not be returned no matter what. Avoid them unless you want ripped off

Wow what a company

Absolutely fantastic company to use, hassle free from start to finish we came to Dubai for a week as a family of 4 and needed a 4×4 so we used this company and we hired a G63 in green wow what a car a real head turner we absolutely loved it. The kids had the best time getting chauffeured around from theme park to theme park in luxury rather than your normal rental car or taxi. The people who we dealt with was so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. it was all a smooth transaction and we would highly recommend them to anyone and we will most definitely be using them the next time we are here thanks again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Rent

I have been renting car from Masterkey car rental since past 3 months and as per my experience they are providing excellent service. Sales representatives are prompt in terms of providing information and are also cooperative. As for the cars, they are well maintained. Also, I would specially like to mention about their transparancy in the rental charges applied. Overall it has been a good experience so far.

Furthermore, the prices of this company are very affordable compared to other companies offering the same services.
