I went to Customer Service for a query fantastic service gave me time to talk very pleasant than from there went to River Island in connection to the query what a lovely lady she helped me with the matter I was so happy. I feel that anywhere in Mall of Emirates I went the staff always had a welcoming attitude and always ready to help great service.

Etisalat store employees are rude
I tried to open SIM card from etisalat. Workers don’t really want to assist you, they’re pointing to other colleagues one by one when you ask them for help. One of them shouted at us when we told him he’s rude! I don’t suggest to go there. That employees working way is dangerous to customers!
It’s a wonderful shopping expirence at mall of emirates at *Debenhams* especially special thanks and loud shoutout to miss Margaret Mwangi who was very supportive and helpful in letting us know about the sales , about the products and about the Aura application as well, Thank you Margaret, keep up the good work :) cheers !
