Following my the first review

I am the first one to write a review here and that was after the unpleasant experience with this place.
After the review was posted, I received a message from Michelle and the team asking why I gave them a bad review!
She is on top of all of this unaware of shortcomings and the inefficiency of her and the team.
All what they cared about was money..
My requests were answered sometimes but she was overwhelmed with projects and other dresses that she neglected my dress and let her secretary handle everything.
She would promise to call me to decide wether she was gonna add sleeves or not and of course she wouldn’t call back.
At the day I received the dress she was not there to hand it to me nor did she bother to send me a message to ask me if everything is fine.
She was in Dubai and she deliberately lied later that she was not in Dubai on that day.
She did not notice that on the same she posted pictures on Instagram that she was in Dubai.

I can see there are many 5 star reviews from emirates which came up after I wrote the first negative review and they are all mentioning the same thing about the price that it is affordable. I do believe these are fake reviews by her team and friends.

I am pissed that she asked for more money towards the end although the bad result was the result of her own work why would I be charged for extra ?
She also doesn’t have tax return.
And she promised to ship it for free then they asked for more money.
They are unprofessional and rude and all into money.

I would look for a wedding dress somewhere else

My experience wasn’t the best..It started well in the beginning and I was happy with their service but then Michelle got busy with other clients’ dresses and would not really adhere to my suggestions about the dress.

I sent many messages to her to add or edit something in the dress but when I went there later on, she had not done anything I asked for.
I end up staying in Dubai for 3-4 days until they do alterations and one time my flight back home was at 10 pm and I was supposed to go retry the dress after the alterations we discussed and before going to the airport.
I was surprised that she gave me an appointment at 7 pm because she has a new client coming and her appointment is at 6 ! That was so disrespectful I’m traveling and I have limited time and I wasn’t given priority.

I live in Saudi Arabia I had to go 4 times for fitting and every time I went there something was not complete.

Towards the end they were just caring about money deposit and asking me to submit payments. And they asked for extra charge for something I wanted to be fixed but I refused.

It was not the best experience and I wish there were reviews that I could read before choosing her to design my wedding dress but she blocked reviews everywhere.

As I mentioned to be fair she was sweet in the beginning but then got caught up with other clients and I felt like I was neglected.

Traveling back and forth was tiring and one important point is that she forgets what we agreed on..There has to be a clear contract to avoid misunderstanding.

She promised me to send a sample of the dress before she starts design and it didn’t happen.. We agreed on the price of the dress and shipping was included but then in the end I got a message from here secretary asking for 1000 Derhams for shipping.

I wish I didn’t go there as it was a waste of time and money.

Advice is that there has to be a clear contract on agreements on the dress and shipping and there has to be better time management by Michelle and better communication.
Most importantly she should have more fabric and embroidery samples like other designers because I was barely showed any sample before we started the process of design.
