    Maison Revka Visit – Service Feedback

    We visited Maison Revka yesterday at 8:30 PM. Although we had requested a table with a view, we were seated elsewhere. Soon after, a group of people nearby began smoking heavily, and the smell became overwhelming. We asked to move, as we hadn’t been informed this area allowed smoking.

    The waitress said she’d speak to the manager and pointed him out—he was attending to the same group. However, he only came to our table briefly to replace plates and didn’t address our concern.

    Despite being served our main course, we chose not to eat and asked for the check. Only then did the manager offer to move us, but by then, our experience had already been ruined.

    For a restaurant with premium pricing, we expected better service and consideration. We hope this feedback helps improve guest care.
