Very Very Misleading – Just don’t
they will tell you everything is inclusive and on the move-in date they’ll send you a contract, and in this contract every single thing the agent agreed with you on will be different, you’ll even pay before sending the contract. And of course, the contract itself will include so many things that are bullshit
They will never return your deposits as well. Dealing with them is gonna make your life harder

Deposit Not Returning too full amount
I rented the apartment for 2 Month from September 2025 to November 2025 before i left the apartment on 21st November i asked they come and check and they did the person checked the apartment said very is okay, they said your deposit will be return within do days after 20 days i started chasing them now they said ADD stuff on which i am now aware like damage i have caused which is not true took the money out of my deposit because i am in UK nothing i can do i will never trust LUX Signature Home .

They are scammers and liars of all time.
This company and its employees are fraud. They never return back the deposit after handover. And the apartments they have on their listings vs the actual apartments are totally different, they use fake AI images. Once you go and see the condition of the apartment and furniture is really old and unclean and damaged. When we demand for the cleanliness they want money and about the damaged appliances and furniture they say that it wasn’t damaged before, you did it so we won’t pay back the deposit. So never ever book this company. Save urself from this harassment and bad treatment and use some other platforms to book apartments in Dubai.

Dishonest company, sends ghost cleaning/repair charges even after opening a dispute
Do not believe this scam company. They are being dishonest and will charge you for all kinds of repairs/cleaning for stuff you did not do. REMINDER TO ALWAYS MAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS RIGHT AFTER YOU CHECK IN. Airbnb will always give benefit of doubt to the home management company since this is their main revenue stream.
