I just want to give a big thank you to agent Kacper who extremely quickly found a buyer for my apartment next day after listing while other agents said it will take 3months. He is super talented with negotiations and successfully managed to sell my apartment at the top price. I dealt with many agents in the past and worked in sales but he is truly exceptional in his profession in all aspects of selling the property, fully dedicated and extremely patient. He is able to provide information at any time of the day and night. I never met anybody so dedicated, passionate, caring about clients, quickly organising and dealing with paper work. There is no other agent in Dubai like Kacper, fully trustworthy and dedicated on daily basis. Thanks to him I got the best deal and I’m looking forward to make more deals with him.

Buying a property from them

I would really not recommend to you to buy any resale property through them .. i recently bought a property through them which they told me it’s already rented and you ll get rent from the first day ..after transferring the property in my name on 12 Feb 2024 till today I have not seen the apartment or any rental cheque.. They gave the cheque of previous owner which is of no use and they told me to contact the tenant directly and gave the phone number but it’s more then one month..the tenant doesn’t pick up the phone or reply.. I always message them but no reply from luxfolio ppl or the tenant… The old tenant is messaging me to transfer the electricity on my name.

The agent Kacper Michalski responded immediately to my query and was extremely helpful and friendly.
