The worst online experience ,
The worst online tech system
Always issues coming up with orders , delivery goof ups, worst customer service team just a bunch of untrained parrots incompetent to handle and provide solutions and always coming up with wierdest excuses to cover up issues
The tech online system is rudimentary and outdated and they just lack the expertise
The vegetables provided in online orders are stale, poorly maintained and old stuff, no quality, to give the customer poor standard of service and customer satisfaction
When they offer discounts online it’s a gimmick / hash/ con, they ask for a certain spend and suddenly the order of items comes to the exact amount paid and the discount value of items is covered up by rendering the items unavailable , cheeky, shady
They talk of improvement, a year and half and still the same
Today my order did not happen at all,suddenly I am expecting to receive products ordered and the next thing the order delivery notification comes by email, suddenly the address pin lands in Abu Dhabi when the address is mentioned Dubai , or the store cha he’s dramatically by itself on their system, can you expect this as online service
Never buy online, go to the store still better than Online
For online, Carrefour and most supermarkets are extremely top notch, no favoritism towards the above or anything against this supermarket but this supermarket can drive the living daylights of anyone, something as simple as delivering what is ordered without issue / hangup and ensuring quality / service for customer satisfaction & loyalty
Carrefour has the best online experience 5/5 or 10/10, 90 % websites and grocery stores are good, very rare but if anyone can upset a customer just like that, Lulu supermarket comes as a front runner and the only one to stay competent as a worst one

Worse experience in lulu dubai outlet mall where cooked food serve 2 to 3 days untill that finishes. Playing with customers healths just to cover their losses. Lake of manpower, rude and frustrated staff. Cut fruits are smelling as those are also not fresh.

I have paid 110 AED for Facial Tissue box. My home address is Bur Dubai 18th street. I have received an email saying that it has got delivered, but nothing delivered and I called Costumer service, they said that they going to cancel the order the given location is not reachable..
I have given Building name & Flat number and its behind Burjman Mall. I don’t believe Lulu online team’s word. So my advice to the online costumer to think twice before giving online order with Lulu

Complain on New 16 iPhone Pro Max 256 GB Black Titanium

I am writing to express my disappointment with the response and service I received from LuLu Mankhool regarding the iPhone Pro Max 16 I purchased on 17-Jan-2025.
Below is a summary of the issues I faced:

Sequence of Events:

17-Jan-2025: Purchased the iPhone Pro Max 16 from LuLu Mankhool (Proof Attached).
18-Jan-2025: Traveled to Pune, India (Proof Attached). The phone failed to power on despite multiple charging attempts.
19-Jan-2025: Reported the issue to LuLu customer care and Sandeep at LuLu Mankhool. Visited an authorized service center, but no resolution due to the unavailability of technical staff.
20-Jan-2025: Revisited the center. The senior technician identified a hardware issue (Report Attached). I requested an exchange but was advised to handle this at the LuLu Mankhool store.
25-Jan-2025: Returned to Dubai (Proof Attached).
26-Jan-2025: Spent over 5 hours at LuLu Mankhool. The phone charged briefly, but I was informed that a GCC iPhone report was required for an exchange. The phone remains with LuLu Mankhool for resolution (Proof Attached).
Concerns:

The phone has had a hardware issue since day one and now shows scratches from multiple diagnostic attempts, which is unacceptable for a new device.
The resolution process has been highly inconvenient, and the reliance on third-party vendors has eroded my trust in LuLu and Apple.
Request:
I kindly request a replacement for the defective iPhone Pro Max 16 with a new device. It is unreasonable to expect a customer to accept a problematic device as new.

Wrong pricing

Not well trained staff for pricing of vegetables. Especially orange apple mango, they are punching different prices. And in case of banana they are throwing thing which leads damage. For eg. Items delivered on the floor with no bag

I ordered online, items were delivered to me on the floor, with no bag.
On top of that the temperature sensitive items such as the salmon were completely warm. The ice cream was melted. and the dairy and meat were placed on the floor with no cover. I have never seen a delivery like this. Is this normal at Lulu? Did other people experience such service? I think my dog is treated better than this.
The driver said this how they delivered and I can call the company to complain

They are unprofessional

This hyper market are dealing unprofessionally I ordered some stuff and selected the day every thing was confirmed but I didn’t receive on the selected day and when I sent an email mail there’s responded order is delayed I requested a call no one did till I received a call from a person who asked for delivery in a late slots I said I need my things as soon as possible he told me we may refund your payment I Sayed I need the things and I need a call back from the management I didn’t receive a call I received a confirmation again for the delivery then I received a cancellation and money will be refund within five to seven days
This might be even a different business collecting mined and refunding after ten days which is unacceptable I’ll share this with responsible department in Dubai

4th time I am facing issue for delivery . They never follow the time slot and date I choose/confirm. They change the delivery as and when they wish and Before changing the time slot they don’t even inform me. Many times they came and dumped my order at the door step incl many perishable items like milk,curd,meat etc and it was lying outside in this hot climate till I came back from my office. Today they came after 2 days very late and meat, fish , milk, curd missing from order . Their customer service and online assistants act like fools when a concern is raised!!!

SCAM! Sent me a cheaper item intentionally!

I am disgusted with how I ordered a simple item from their website for the first time and they decided to cheat on their customers!

On the website I chose a badminton bag that is double zippered with a handle at the top and can fit 6 rackets. Instead they sent me a smaller one and intentionally tampered and poorly tied the price tag onto the item!

Abusing and fighting

Really disappointed by abusive and aggressive language used by a Nepali guy working in fruit and vegetables section on Pakistani mangoes stall on 23rd June 2023. Night time 21:16 pm to 21-23 pm. He came aggressively after me and threaten me with abusive language for nothing and tried to make drama and physical fight with me. He had golden ear rings in his ears and seems having psychological problems I was in hurry so did not respond him and came out of supermarket. Management can check cameras for evidence. Will advise all of you to not go in Lulu Supermarket Muwaillah Sharjah. That mentioned guy is crazy and threat to your safety and security.

Lulu where the world comes to get cheated!!!!
The cheak out girls at lulu always steal 15 to 20 fils from customers. I have been observing this precise for a long time. If your bill is 50.55 dhs and you give 100 you will get 49.75. This happens to me all the time, for their 5 fils they will give you 20 files short. Imagine if this happens to 500 customers in a day on a single counter its a gain of 100 dhs for a cashier that makes it 2500 to 3000 a month.. I have decided not to buy anything from lulu hence forth. Inflation is already through the roof and a feeling of being cheated in a broad daylight is totally unacceptable. Those who can boycott lulu.. Let them know that we customers are not fools. 😠😠😠

Rude to the customer

i was in DIP opp NMC LuLu Hypermarket, Time: 7.30 pm – 16/02/2023
I went to buy the garlic paste and Houmous. one of your staff Name – Manpreet Lady, how she rude to me when asked her to not give the used container ( mean she issue it to someone and back to the same station with a billing tag. she was screaming at front of other customers and saying if you want to buy take this otherwise go. then I complained to the night supervisor and manager. when they came she pointed her finger and told me to go anywhere and complained I don’t care, that time those in charge are present. even your manager cannot control her. the manager said to stop talking still she continued saying I don’t care. this is so rude and bad and all the customers standing and watching her.
last 30 years as per my experience and the way this lady behave and her bad attitude, I have never seen any other LULU. simply night manager saying we have new staff and they don’t care and have no commitment. this is not the answer.

I had ordered LG TV 55″, they delivered after two days with broken screen. When i went back to return they said they do not gaurantee screen damages, so they can not accept a return or replacement. I tried to talk to the manager, but he was very unprofessional in talking and he did not listen to my complain.

I ordered a TV in promotion (which had eventually higher price then market), they delivered on the next day. As I was at office I could not check the TV at the time of delivered. I open the box later to check and I found the screen was totally broken. I went to the near by lulu market from where I ordered. They say that I have received the order and they do not guarantee the screen so could not be returned or replaced. Tried to talk to the manager, unprofessnal experience, they do not listen your complain.

Late delivery and o accountability

They accept a delivery slot but when I approached the customer care team 4 an update I receive an email stating delay delivery and will be updated in 12-24hours.. like seriously!!! Y accept orders if it cannot be delivered on time.. either ways the order wasn’t delivered last night – no1 contacted me n i tried the customer center on 3 diff occassions last night – once throughphone n twice on chat.. anyway I receive an email today morn and they have the cheek to tell me they tried reaching me bt could not get through. I have no calls frm them, except my calls tryin 2 reach them. Absolute liars n the worst service ever. Pls shop from carrefour or literally any other supermkt/hypermarket… I’ve only faced this issue with lulu n it’s the 2nd instance

For the third time in a row, I order a food item and pay 58 dirhams, they withdraw the amount and then after minutes they send a message that the purchase has been canceled due to the lack of the commodity!! Then they do not return the paid money. The process has already been repeated and the money has not been returned, despite my filing a complaint with Consumer Protection in Dubai. I do not recommend dealing with them, especially the miserable online store.

Sadly the Lulu Al Warqa branch is one of the dirtiest most unclean branches I’ve come across. being almost 9 months pregnant I’ve gotten very sick from their salmon which was rotten. For 3 days I was in a terrible state from their fish. I also bought steak before which I didn’t cook as soon as I opened it the smell almost made me throw up. And their vegetables are terribly rotten and old. They honestly shouldn’t be allowed to continue operating with these standards take a look at the strawberries I came across today. Made a formal complaint to the municipality as this would have been the 4th encounter with this same branch! You can not serve rotting vegetables and rotten meat to customers you will make them very sick!

Hi this supermarket while CUSTOMERS VOUCHER ORIENTED PROGRAM is not correct, stop this system or practice if I do buy from supermarket items of DHS 206/‐ You give the customer a voucher of DHS 100/‐ it’s of BABYLISS Coupon of DHS 100/‐ off on BABYLISS Crimper of that particular item I do not want that item do a program where it will help you and the customers but its only good for lulu supermarket not for customers that have supported you in to build Ur chain group of supermarkets n its branches see that you give Dhs 100/‐ vouchers for what ever the customers want to buy so that it’s good for all the customers of LULU

Spoilt food

This is to bring to the attention of evryone. Lulu hypermarket sells rotten , spoilt food. I ve had multiple bad experiences with them. Never going back. I have attached a picture of a pack of dates i got from them last week. It had insects and worms in them. The govt needs to take strict action. I had also bought fish which was old, Watermelon that i had to throw out the next day since it tasted spoilt, biryani that had spoilt smell. Never again

Bad experience

I got a laptop from here with a warranty but it turned out to have multiple problems. I went back and they refused to exchange it with a new one or give me a refund even though on the warranty it states I can return it. I had to get in a fight with multiple employees and show them the warranty in order to finally recieve a new one.
