When I sent AED 9,000, the app showed the receiver would get PKR 693,000, but after the transfer only PKR 683,461 was received. The exchange rate was changed after confirmation without clear notice.
Customer support closed my complaint without explaining the missing amount. This is misleading and unfair, especially for people who trust the shown rate.

I just went to lulu exchange inside lulu stadium mall and asked for 50000 inr rate they gave me 21.55 aed when I check with other competitor it was 70 aed higher in the total cost of 2320 aed when I asked they are reducing 45 aed which shows how unprofessional they are. I would strongly not recommend lulu & go to other exchange

Lulu is by itself much slower than ansari even in cash transactions.
Secondly, the systems are poorly designed whether for transactions or customer service.
If your transaction goes through and money is deducted, it may still not go through at all. Eventually you’ll need to waste your time going to a branch for a refund ( ansari does immediate refund to card). This too after days of talking to lulu to get the refund. (What a waste of time)
Secondly? Even through the app, it’s all chatbots that need all your info everytime. Even then the OTPs they send will not work.

I have request them to send through eastern union but they send thru RIA
I have requested send money thru western union. They send money thru. RIA service. Receiver location was on kalimpong. Branch manager is not able to guide proper location from where to pick up. An he is only talking about his policy. Which I don’t care such policy as customer my concern was only cash pick up by receiver on time. This un expected trouble face by my wife holding 6 month baby. She was just visitors.
It was a delight to interact with them and enroll in their programs because their general insurance coverage was clear and dependable.
